Beautiful Pension with chic seaside decoration whose architecture recalls Le Corbusier, we stayed there for three very pleasant days. We loved the direct access from our room to the beach by a small path in the middle of the dunes and to the pool, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. At the restaurant, the vegetable menu was excellent (hats off to the chef because it’s quite rare! ). Please note that there is no lunchtime catering service or room service. A few small points of improvement: the limited catering offer (but we were at the end of the season, maybe it’s different in the summer?), the configuration of the room very spacious but with the toilet door at the headboard, the mini bar with two free bottles of water but replenished every 3 days (at the level of service it’s a little limit) when you would need bottles of water available every day. We stayed one night at this property, and it was a really good experience. First the location is perfect. Located in the west of the island, it allows to watch the setting sun all evening. The site is very well appointed with many plantations, fitting perfectly into the dune environment surrounding the Pension. The outdoor areas are well equipped for everyone's rest. In the evening, it is more than pleasant to have a drink on the Rooftop (prior Reservation). Then we could enjoy our dinner. I misunderstood before arriving that the restaurant had a Michelin star. Experience has not allowed me to detect my mistake. I’ve been to a lot of Michelin-starred restaurants in my life and I’m very optimistic about their chances of getting their first star. The different stages of the meal are made from ultra-fresh local elements and are a very interesting experience. For the rest, the Pension has a family dimension in a discreet but present luxury. No bling-bling but a very French representation of luxury. I appreciated the presence of reinforced sockets in the parking lot allowing to charge his electric car what is more free. With the rooms prices and the 4 stars I expected something else: nothing in this hotel equals a 4 stars hotel except maybe the pool and outdoor garden area.
Indeed, the view on the ocean is breathtaking... IF you have the right room! Otherwise it’s really not worth it.
The common areas aren’t memorable.
In the rooms you can hear the road, the elevator, other guests inside and outside. The bathroom doesn’t have walls (and I was there with my family so that was an issue) and there’s no where to hang wet towels. The robe (despite the fact that it was wrapped) had lipstick marks inside the sleeves. You can only log in to the WiFi with 2 devices per room which I find poor. The furnitures aren’t meeting my expectation either for this price.
The restaurant was closed this year and this was a big disappointment. Nevertheless the breakfast is luckily available and again almost not meeting the 4 stars expectations. Except for the pastries and bakery products, the products aren’t of high quality and appear to belong more to a school cafeteria (which goes for the trays).
The gym is quite small and in the middle of the corridor so everybody can look at you train. There’s no yoga mat for stretching or floor workout.
The pool area is gorgeous, and that’s the prettiest place of the hotel. The view is beautiful, the water is great and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. I spent a lot of time there.
Besides all of those remarks, the staff was polite and welcoming and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the location is super nice. The beach (which isn’t private) is awesome and very close.

Very nice hotel with a magnificent view of the sea. The welcome is up to 5 stars. On the other hand, downside on the room we had. At night we heard traffic noise from the street. Pension quiet, very nice welcome and the sun was on! Enjoy a beautiful sunset from his room: happiness!
