Room a little tired, carpet stained, towel rail broken, but for the price and position it was ok.Breakfast was juice, bread and tea or coffee, not worth the 8€.Yes I would use it again, but with a little effort and investment it would be very good.

Our recent experience at this property was terrible. We had pre-arranged a late check in due to evening flight arrival time from London. On arrival, the gates were locked and there was no access either at the front or rear of the property. We called the number provided and left a voicemail message explaining our situation but didn't receive a... More

We have literally returned from our holiday at Le Mole. The setting and location of these apartments are lovely if a little cramped. The main issue is the noise. Throughout July and August you are metres away from an open air concert venue that plays anything from Jazz to 'le Rock' every night from 9- 11pm so be warned that if... More

This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It is situated on the seafront and only a few metres from the main square/port. Rooms are a little basic but this gives it the character. Although the walls and floors are a little thin which does mean you can hear everything going on in the building. Breakfast was available... More

We had only one night at ile de re during our two week roadtrip and we're glad we chose Le Mole. We specifically wanted to stay in la flotte as for our research seemed like the best vibe and scenery. Very well located (parking just beside), it has an old romantic touch to it and the welcome is nice. Our... More

We stayed in Le Mole last week. We booked tree night. The first we couldn't stay because of an overbooking via Bookings... the friendly lady found a room for us at the other side of the street.. well Done! The rooms are very nice.. cosy.. not to big but during summer you are outside along the coast.. very nice view.... More

We stayed in Le Mole for 3 nights, it was very clean and full of charm. Central for everything you wish to do in La Flotte/ Ile de Re. My child was ill on the morning we were supposed to check out but the owner let us stay in the room until it was time to go to the airport... More

My husband and I stayed at Le Mole for 10 days in June. It is just a delightful, typical French House. The owner speaks very little English, but is so helpful, and all the staff are really polite and friendly. We had for the first 4 days a room only, which was fine with low beams, beware then followed by... More

For the third time we chose this chambre d'hôte or bed and breakfast type of lodging. The owner is very firendly. There ar eseveral types of rooms, most of them overlooking the sea, which gives a special atmosphere. The court itslef is unique with a gate that gives you a glimpse beyond a fabulous tree towards the sea. There is... More

Booked hotel Le Mole via an offer on an e-mail in January. Because it was a "cheap" price,€600 for the week, we didn't get a room on the front overlooking the sea but were given a quaint little room at the back overlooking the square. Must admit whilst it had a great view over the harbour and the square, it... More

“The rooms with a view to the seaside are very nice. The view is just fantastic. It also has a kitchenette giving you the choice of eating at home. There is a fantastic food market in two minutes'walking distance. You do not need a car on the island. Make sure to rent bicycles to get around on the many paths available. This is not a regular hotel, more like a bed and breakfast. You normally need to book quite some time in advance, especially when the French school holidays take place. The owner does not speak a word of English, but somebody in the staff does. Very friendly, though!”
