The room itself was spacious, very clean and looked like it was freshly redone. And in a town where parking is truly an issue, it was so helpful to be able to park at the hotel right in town. Everything was walking distance. The outside of the hotel is not inspiring...just like a drive-up motel with all the room doors...

We were looking for an overnight stay on the Normandy coast and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly We had not pre booked but the owner extended a warm welcome in his limited English and showed Me to room no.5 which was tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable, the owner recommended a restaurant approx. 100mts away which proved to be excellent,...

We stayed in the family room at the back of the hotel and had our own little oasis. The room (almost an apartment really) has two spacious bedrooms (1 king master and a double and single in the other), a huge bathroom and a terrace to eat or sun bathe (chaise-lounge included!) You could stay here for a week! The...

A small family run hotel, on the lines of a motel. Its right in the centre of town and ideal for all the WW2 D Day attractions. Limited parking at the Hotel, just as well as due to location its busy. Our room was surprisingly large, well fitted and clean. The Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast...

We stayed in the family suite which comprised 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all off a central private hallway. One room had a king size bed and the other had a double and single, the bathroom was lovely and big. Both bedrooms were nice and spacious and very clean, we couldn't have asked for more in a central location of...

Excellent base. Hotel is small but very accommodating. The room I stayed in was very nice. The owners did not speak much English and I am limited on my French but my son and I were able to get directions to all the places we wanted to see and more. Staff were very helpful Breakfast was excellent. Good central spot...

We stayed for five nights in room 1 (double comfort room;ground floor). The reception was closed when we arrived mid-afternoon. Luckily, while we were waiting in the car park, a couple of fellows turned up to deliver something 'round the back and I was able to ask them if they knew where the owners might be. As luck would have it,...

Stayed here with my Dad as were we doing all of the D-Day Beaches. Great little hotel, really nice room, comfortable beds and a decent shower which meant our stay was all we wanted it to be. The bonus of on-site parking was good as well. The Owners were really nice but English was lacking if you don't speak French....

My wife and I were cozy and comfortable, clean and close to this grateful town in Arromanches, France. The Hostess was very helpful and nice and our room was impeccable. This establishment, I Doubt will ever lack clients or praise. Thank you, Rob and Joanna Shor

This was more like a motel than a hotel. The acccommodation was in a two storey chalet style block next door to reception. No frills of a hotel and no nice comfy lounge to relax in. However don't let that put you off if you can afford the hotel as overall it was good (but you can't put good on...
