First the good.staff was fantastic. Everyone was genuinely kind.
Now the ugly. Rooms need a lot of TLC,
Painting, electrical upgrading of beds, and most importantly when it rains it pours. Water came into room about half an inch not fun.
Otherwise I love the...More
Front desk staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful, especially Maria :) She was great at answering our questions and helping us to find the most authentic food in town. They also helped us make a booking to visit the Isletas.

The staff was wonderful. The restaurants they recommended were superb. The one restaurant, Lucy, is just off the square, it was less expensive then the main tourist area and so, so good. Our room was spacious & clean. The common area and pool area were...More

Hi, there were small children staying when we were there. Obviously they were well supervised but pool is fine to play in with a small child and there is plenty of outside circulation space. it doesn't have play equipment but there are flowers to look at and birds come into the garden.
It is a family run hotel and they will do their best to help you.
They do arrange tours but we didn't take one.
Other companies in town also arrange tours, agian we were travelling on and so didn't actually use them.
For beach, lake beach is very accessible, it takes a bit longer to reach the coast and you might want to stay over if you head west. Sea on west coast is not good for small children as swell is too strong.
Hope this helps and have a great trip!
