One of the best hotels I have stayed in Nicaragua. The Personal is very friendly the service is great and the owner is very warm, they all make you feel like your are in your own home but relaxing like in a resort.

Wow what a beautiful place, the history this building has seen is infused into it, and the Director Ejectivo Javier Shanchez has made this old family hasenda into a quaint 200 year old Hotel, with everything. This was my first time in central america and there was some apprehention, but that went out the window when finally got here. Best...

Centrally located, very nice furniture, and exceptional friendliness and hospitality from the entire staff, especially the front desk manager, Sherman, who is a nice person and very helpfull in the plan of our trip! I highly recommend Casa San Martin.

Owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating, I got a bad cold while traveling and Sherman even climbed a Eucalyptus tree to make tea and delivered it to my room with some local honey. It not only made me feel better but I truly can say he went...

The location on the Calle de Calzada is very convenient to the touristy areas of Granada. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a downstairs room on the outside - unfortunately this room was very noisy from traffic and pedstrians passing by - there is only a rustic wooden door between you and the street. The upstairs room are...

In July 2011 we stayed at several Nicaraguan hotels, including two in Granada. Casa San Martin by far had the best rooms and bathrooms. Nice beds, linens, super hot water, free wifi, and a hot breakfast all for just ~$50 a night. The hotel is also right in the middle of downtown, behind the Cathedral and beside lots of restaurants....

Granada is the tourist centre of Nicaragua and for good reason. This hotel is right in the middle of the old town near the main square and restaurants, and the interior of the hotel is very much in keeping with the area. Staff are a little bit like an old great uncle - sometimes a bit grumpy, but have a...
