We spent three nights at Casa San Francisco at the end of January. We loved every minute of it. Owned and operated by sisters Terry and Nancy the hotel is a labor of love, with careful attention paid to all of the details. The hotel arranged to have us met at the airport in Managua. We were met by "Chips,"...

Usually stay here when I'm in Granada, but this time just passing through, I was curious to take a look at the new addition and reconfiguration of the reception. Last summer when I was there it was nearing completion. As it was check-out time, was able to take a peek at the new rooms - very nice. I'll take #10...

This was a great stay. The ambiance is very romantic Latin, with big ceiling fans and gardens and iron gates. The restaurant on site is absolutely delicious and there are plenty of other places in walking distance too. The service was extremely friendly. The little pool was perfect for a refreshing cool-off after a hot day. And after a week...

Thank you for your comments. Let me add that with the new addition to the hotel we have also installed solar heater in all our rooms, let´s use the heat of the sun here in the tropics! We are really happy with them, it is another step in our way to sustainability! Gracias!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay here. The front desk associates were very helpful and spoke some English. The included breakfast was great! The pool was perfectly sized and we usually had it all to ourselves. Rooms were well sized and clean when we arrived.

Architecture is absolutely gorgeous, rooms are partitioned and have separate entries, with gardens and cascading bougainvilleas, a tiny pool to waddle around and beautiful staircase. The lobby is very spacious, staff is very nice, location is central and walking distance to everything. Even their breakfast, they serve you with fresh fruits for every entrée with choices like continental, oatmeal, pancakes...

Our stay at Casa San Francisco was wonderful; a perfect way to end our vacation. The location is just close enough to the central square, and the decor and ambiance is exceptional. We only stayed there one night, but the staff was kind enough to store our luggage the next day (we had a late night flight leaving Managua). During...

Had a nice stay for 4 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean. The beds were ok, there was no hot water just luke warm, and the power went out multiple times along with spotty internet. The staff set up transportation to and from airport at fair prices. Probably the...

Stayed here one night and then came back, was so happy with our stay. Great location a few blocks from the central park area and street with bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful with a gorgeous courtyard. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, including the lovely owner. Included breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend their...

We chose wisely with this one! My husband and I just spent 3 weeks in Nicaragua. Casa San Francisco was perfect for our Granada stay. The location was exceptional, rooms were so lovely with incredible attention-to-detail, and the staff superb. The owners Nancy and Terry are amazing women. We felt so at home here that we ended up having 2...

I recently stayed at Casa San Francisco for two nights while traveling solo. Before I even arrived, the staff were so helpful and responsive in answering my questions. The room was clean and had A/C which was appreciated. Also, the rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to take in the sunset! Breakfast is delicious and included, but the lunch and...
