Loved this place. Great for a variety of travelers as they have dorms and private rooms. Right around the corner from everything in Granada. The staff will help you with anything and everything and if you want to just relax in the hostel the food is great and common areas/garden are beautiful.

I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, just north of the plaza and close to everything. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Good vibe with five rooms and one dorm, which gave it a hostel-hotel vibe. I'd recommend avoiding room 3 as mentioned here because it is partitioned with the kitchen (the...

El Momento is a very nice hotel in the center of Granada, Nicaragua. It has a special flair and a very helpful stuff, also good wifi and a bar. The beds are huge. Also I joined a very good tour organized by the hostel. What bothered me a bit was that it just has one dorm-room (+5 private rooms). I...

Happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, I do believe you are correct about the size of the hostel and what an individual is looking for. We tend to be busy all year round but sometimes guests prefer to be on their own or sometimes they are out all day and in a restaurant/bar in the evening, this can...

Very good hostel - exactly what you expect. We stayed in a private room, shared bathroom, which was a nice option. However we were shown the dorm after we check in and it looked very spacious and comfortable, so that would also be a great option. The owner is wonderful and helpful, and it was always very clean. The vibe...

We stayed four nights as our first stop in Nicaragua. Room was adequate although a bit smaller than the pictures indicate. Be prepared, you're going to need the fan they provide. Staff was helpful, but worth noting that while you can book your reservation online in English, only the owner appears to speak any language but Spanish. The location is...

We tried to stay here earlier and they were booked, we made a reservation a week out and nabbed a private room, only one left. Make sure to make reservations! Great hostel, clean, great food, with some of the most professional staff we've come across. We needed a ride to the airport early in the morning and they had no...

El Momento was the perfect balance. A quiet hostel with friendly people and very helpful staff. The chill out areas in the hostel were well kept and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and we actually decided to eat out for lunch and then cook at the hostel in the evening. The hostel is in a great location just round...

We hope you do get to return, we get many guests returning to us and the city and of course Nicaragua,it is becoming more and more popular. The big plus for us apart from the bathroom is our location, we are super close to everything and the street is quiet also.

Overall- good experience. One staff member in particular was outstanding -Zacharis. ( hope I spelled his name right). From the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out, he tended to every need -with a smile! ( something I have learned not to take for granted in Nica's hostels ). He was helpful and kind , so was...

First the pros: This hostel has a very nice atmosphere, social rooms and a friendly english-speaking staff. However there are a few cons: We booked a double room with shared bathroom. We got room number 3 next to the staff kitchen and dorm. It meant no privacy, noise from the kitchen, very dark room and really hot with only one...

Firstly we are sorry that you have left the hostel dissapointed, that is not our objective.
