This place is a little gem in an otherwise quite ramshackle and rustic town. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The common space is a real highlight - it's so nice to have somewhere to chill out without feeling confined to your room. The setting is probably the only downside - it's a little walk to the main part...

A small, beautifully designed hotel with excellent staff, a lovely pool and good service. The breakfasts and snack menu were also very good. I would happily stay here again.Anyone who loves minimalist interior design will also love this hotel.

Everything about this place is lovely. Located in a neighborhood a few blocks away from all of the touristy streets, you get to be part of a local community which I loved. We even got to witness a very early morning Semana Santa parade of sorts right out the front gate. The house itself is all clean lines and perfect...

I found the front desk folks at this hotel helpful and genuine. They were kind. They only had one room, and I needed two, so I booked a room at this hotel and a room at another hotel, but my group hung out at this one--and that was fine with them. They were kind to my three boys. Their pool...

It's wide, open, designed, calm, inspiring. You can feel the nordic design touch mixed with a spanish use of patios that makes it a total success. It's a perfect place to rest after your visits. I would rate it on my top list across the world.

The staff at Los Patios was incredibly helpful in planning our trip, Xiomara Morales in particular. They were attentive, answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. They were also resourceful. Although we had to cancel our trip, we look forward to visiting in the future.

Stayed here with family. Loved it. It doesn't feel like a hotel, instead like you're staying in somebody's very big and beautiful home. The rooms are clean with lots of closet and cabinet space. They have lots outside areas to sit around in with very comfy sofas, hanging chairs and hammocks. The pool was such a great thing to come...

This hotel was exactly what I was hoping for. We traveled with three couples and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The rooms are spacious and most importantly they are clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff are all very personable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's a very relaxing atmosphere and the...

From the public areas, to the rooms, to the food and the staff, this place was great! People that write reviews of other mediocre places, where they seem to excuse the quality by saying things like "ok for Nicaragua" as if to say that people shouldn't be so critical of these places because somehow, in Nicaragua, the standards are lower,...

Just wait until you enter the building and you will be surprised how beautiful this place is. The common area is super spacious and well decorated. All is quiet, a nice break from the day spent in the city or whatever you might have done during the day. Rooms are more on the simple side but are large and comfortable,...
