We just loved our time at casa cubana. We had the pleasure of arriving just as Esther and Yuli were switching out the guard. Place is quaint, quiet, modern with colonial charm. We felt safe and were able to cool down in the a/c a bit. They made our time in Granada truly excellent. Probably the best breakfast in Nicaragua...

Beautiful building with five or six rooms. Very personal treatment. Owner is German, but most of the year Canadian Esther is in charge. Everyone has breakfast together. Each room has its personal touch. We got an upgrade to a loft type room. Parking available for $2 a night across the street. City centre is a 15 min. walk away, about...

I stayed at Casa Cubana over a year ago and thought I'd already submitted a review. I'm so sorry, Esther! I must have forgotten to hit the send button or something. You and this beautiful B&B you manage deserve the highest accolades possible. From the minute I walked in the door until I regretfully left 3-4 days later, I thoroughly...

My wife and I have been frequent visitors to Nicaragua over the last few years and Casa Cubana has become our home base while traveling the different regions, and always on our inbound and outbound days. They are conveniently located in the historic and beautiful colonial town of Grenada, a short walk to all the sites and restaurants. The set...

We stayed 2 nights in the Saffron room in February 2017. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, full length doors overlooking the courtyard pool and a lovely shower room. It was great to come back inside from the heat of the city. The best thing of all was the hospitality shown to us by Esther. She made us...

You will not find a better place to stay in Granada than the Casa Cubana. From my first contact with Ester, our hostess at the Casa Cubana , until the day we left Nicaragua Esther and Andy were there to assist / advise or just sit and chat with with us. Once you walk through the doors you feel like...

Going to Casa Cubana was like going to stay with good friends. We were welcomed with opened arms and given the best of everything. Our rooms were beautiful and clean. Air conditioning was a wonderful bonus. The staff were great about my vegan needs and fed us royally. Their driver (Andy) took us on tour around the city, the volcano...

A charming very small hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for a few nights ( though we only stayed one) to explore this lovely town and surrounding area. Rooms can be a bit noisy ( eg horses going down the road outside) but nothing to worry about and no different from the rest of Granada. Relaxing and everything...

Casa Cubana was the perfect starting place for my trip to Nicaragua! Not knowing anything about the city Ester and Andy were great host and super informative. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and inviting, the pool was amazing and the service was top notch. I would recommend Casa Cubana to any friend that was starting a Nicaragua vacation in...
