If you love friendly staff, a family atmosphere, and cosy, artist designed bungalows only 200m from an amazing beach and next to a wonderful lagoon: This is your place! There is also morning yoga, herbal sauna and a good restaurant. Especially the environmental friendly policies and permaculture efforts are worth mentioning since they make the place a lot more than...

The Blue Lagoon is the most charming place I ever visited! I booked a bungalow which was straight on the lagoon, in the middle of an amazing jungle-style garden. And just 5 minutes far from the beautifuler beach of the island. The staff as well as the other tourists was very smiling and nice so it was easy to make...

i was hesitant, not having any idea, how far the beach was, what was a lagoon...then i found Blue Lagoon, and heaven. The receptionist KT, and her side kick..Seab...were fabulous. Always smiling, very helpful and that was a nice meeting. We loved our bungalow, A3, it was clean, nice beds, great balcony, and we just loved it all. The reception...

We were a party of 6 going to Koh Chang and looking for well located, basic accommodation. Blue Lagoon seemed to fit the description. We booked 3 bungalows. What we liked: -the project is great, recycling everything and making compost, growing plants, bungalows in harmony with the environment; totally in tune with nature. -the location is nice, although tricky to...

Good : we ordered 5 Thai dishes and feeling good that they start to serve with starter menus that normally, some local restaurants will not look in little details like this. But Blue Lagoon 👍🏻👍🏻 cool!! Not good : Prices of foods and drinks are higher than some regular restaurants in the same area. Overall is good.

I spent 4 nights here in one of the basic fan cooled bungalows hanging over the river. It was perfect. Clean, atmospheric and with so many windows and doors opening out to nature I spent half the time there relaxing in my room. It was the off peak season so minimal travellers and no yoga, but enjoyed many lovely meals...

We stayed in a family villa and it was very clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen if you prefer to cook, air con if requested and 3 extra beds int he upper level which have mosquito nets. There are free range chicken and ducks...so there is a smell as you walk by. The restaurant has lovely food and is...

Our stay at the Lagoon was wonderfull. The little cottages at the river are sufficient for a stay on the Island. The beach is nearby, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is good and there are nice places to eat nearby. The best way to get around on the Island is to rent a scooter. The taxidrivers...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
20 Years of experience brings Blue lagoon to the top of the warm places to stay! Familly style and close to the thai traditional culture, we love to share life style together and do our best to create a little world of happiness. We now invite some artists to design the rooms little by little to be more comfortable and original. We also have a big garden in permaculture (so some organics green in the restaurant), and activities e.G. Badminton, volleyball, petanque, ping pong. We make barbecue all together with customers every weeks. We promote all ecologic and green spirit. Beach is just 150m away if you follow our lagoon, city is just 10 minutes walking. ... more   less
