Awesome Experience: 1. The booking experience was really great. All thanks to Ms. Rachna Ji for her kind and good behaviour. 2. The Restaurant Experience was awesome. Located at 5th Floor with Indoor and Outdoor Dining options. You can look at the Holy River Ganga and have great pictures in the restaurant. Food Quality is great. The restaurant staff is also very helpful with a pleasant personality. Special thanks to Ms. Pooja Negi Ji for making our dining experience more awesome. 3. Special Arrangement for Maa Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat is provided by the Hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Vijay Kandwal for being a great Guide to the Aarti place and his special attention towards all the guests. 4. Complimentary High Tea in the evening was also good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Ganga view from my room was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more memorable.The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable, and the services provided were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a breathtaking view.

Worst Experience, restaurant is extremely non-cooperative, they cooked everything in mustard oil, even Shahi Panner. We requested multiple times as we need some food to be cooked without mustard oil for kids, straight away they denied. After 10.30 they will not provide anything in your room, even water bottle. Very adamant and non-cooperative. We highlighted this at reception, straight away they told us to put reviews

Location is very close to Triveni Ghat .Hotel staff very courteous and prompt services . They organise Ganga Aarti Pooja if required by the guests , we attended the Ganga Aarti Pooja and are extremely satisfied with them . Food quality is also good .

It was a pathetic experience, the rooms were good value for money, but the service was pathetic and was a terrible experience. I checked in around 1 AM, and car was parked by the help of hotel's Guard but around 6 in the morning again I was woken up by the receptionist requesting for the car keys. Pathetic management. Again while checking in, I was briefed about the breakfast timings and when I reached to have breakfast, Restaurant manager asked for my room no, and I had my food. After completion of which I was informed that it was chargeable and was not included in the room, but was not told before having the meals even though he was well aware of it. Because of which for that horrible food, I had to pay 1500 bucks. It was excruciating experience. After check out on the same night around 2300hrs, the night manager called and started harassing for writing a review of their hotel and said ' isko review ko hata lo, fir na kya Jo tumhare sath hoga vo acha nhi hoga'. He was recording the call and was constantly poking me to say anything wrong to him so that he can use it against me. Be aware of such hotels, it's hotel staff seriously needs some schooling for how to treat guests and behave with them.…

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was a splendid stay. The staff were very welcoming and warm. Pradeep did amazing decorations and he has a very bubbly personality. Dejina was very professional and took care of all our inquiries and was very helpful. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed here in June 2023 we stayed in Deluxe Suite no. 208 the stay was pleasant and room was spacious The staff at the hotel especially Sadanand Bhatt, Dejina & Mr pradeep were very politr & helpful they guided us for the city sightseeing etc. The restaurant ‘sitting elephant’ served good breakfast & dinner.

Best example of poor ethics practiced by the top management. No hospitality. We heard a no for every small thing we asked for from the staff. Toxic attitude of the staff, ordinary food, misleading information on its website. No value for money. Avoid if you can.

Our first trip to Rishikesh… and what a time to be here since the G20 meeting was being held the same time we were here. I picked the hotel Ellbee Ganga view as thats what the name suggested and true to its name, the view of the Ganges did being about a calming effect but an even more amazing view was waiting for us once we went up to the room. The checkin was quick and professional and the staff were very warm. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay… we got upgraded to the Ganga Royal Suite and the view was simply amazing. Well more like breathtaking. High Tea was nice .. snacks lovely ... and the walk for the Ganga Maha arti along the riverfront was an even better experience... wish we could stay longer here .. may be worth another visit. …
