This place is great!!! Atmosphere is chill & cool.... Great experience with Himanshi & Shubham they are excellent at their work and gestures.They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty awesome & hygienic, We ordered food and it was superb and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. I would love to come again here . 😊😊😊

Such a wonderful stay at this property I went to Rishikesh with my family for a weekend trip, the stay at this place was amazing, best things about this place is you find everyone (hotel staff) is treating like you are special for them, they take care of everything you need. If you love beautiful & Clean bedroom then this is a place where I recommend, entire property is very clean & hygienic
The inhouse restaurant is serving the best food in town, food is not just tasty buy they serve healthy food. Not even a single drop of extra oil in the food was found. We had taken all our meals from restaurant only. Dal Makhani & Paneer lababdar was just delight, must try for everyone. I am a permanent guest to this place

We were a small group of four travelling from the UK on a three and a half week road trip across India. We stayed here for a few nights and thought it was excellent value for money.
We’ve often struggled to find consistency in cleanliness/hygiene standards for mid-priced hotels on our trip, and must say, that we were very impressed with the value for money at this hotel - most of all, we were very impressed with the cleanliness/hygiene standards of the rooms and the attentive service from the staff.
It’s in a busy part of Rishikesh about 15 mins walk from Triveni ghaat. If m you’re looking for a really clean, well furnished, reasonably priced hotel with easy access to the ghaat, this hotel won’t disappoint.
The restaurant was also good. Sandip Singh in particular stood out to us for his attentive service - thank you Sandip!

Entering DevBhoomi was a pleasant surprise as we spent short two days @ The Vilana, Rishikesh. We were planing our stay near the bus stop from where we are supposed to start and end our further journey...
We found this hotel very clean and food is awesome. Both hotel and restaurant staff is very helpful. Surprisingly located near the main street but still very peaceful.
It is highly recommended for those who are travelling with family.
Triveni ghaat is the nearest ghat from this hotel and you can walk to it without any issues. Still it is aruond 2-3 KM away from Raam Zhula and little far away from Laxmian zhula etc.
Our stay was extremely comfortable even the extra bed they have provided was good.
Only issue is there is no recreation area for kids/no swimming pool etc.
Also it does not offer a buffet if the guests are not in large numbers but overall food quality and variety is great.

This boutique hotel, though a bit distant from the desired attractions, proved to be an incredible find. Impeccably clean with exceptional service, it exceeded expectations. The attentive staff was readily available to assist, ensuring a seamless experience. The culinary offerings were not only delectable but also a highlight of the stay.
Traveling alone with my 8-year-old, safety was paramount, and the hotel provided a reassuring sense of security. I felt genuinely looked after and at ease throughout our stay. Our room boasted breathtaking views, complemented by a spotless bathroom, further enhancing our comfort and enjoyment.

The Vilana is a hidden gem near the railway station very close to the Triveni Ghaat. The pictures do justice to the actual room n dining experience. Its a newish property. The color scheme in the room is quite nice. The random art on the wall, the grey golden curtains add plus points to the room. The Hotel Staff was very courteous and helpful whether it was carrying my luggage or parking my car. LAXMAN ji at the Front Office was very attentive and showed excellent customer service while booking our room and advising best rates. The cleanliness of the hotel, the lovely breakfast and the calm and smiling hotel employees made my stay a great stay. Will recommend n come back for sure. If the purpose is to attend the Ganga Arti .. this is the best place to be in. Just step out n in 10 rs you are dropped at the Arti place.Show

This is one of the best hotels in Rishikesh, The service from start to finish was flawless. I started my conversion with a what's app chat with Mr Nerendra, who is a part of the management team. He kept me updated on local news before we traveled to ensure we did not face any difficulties regarding the covid rules. He oversaw our stay for the duration we were there ensured our comfort and arranged airport transfers. He took time out to interact with us and became a friend. He is a real asset to the hotel.
The room was very comfortable and clean the housekeeping do a fantastic job in maintaining the hotel rooms.
The hotels in-house restaurant is great the food is to a high standard and the service was outstanding. Shubamital really went above and beyond in ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time we visited.
in Summary, The hotel service was no less than 5* The building is very new and very well maintained. The management care about your experience
This was my 5th visit to Rishikesh but 1st time I stayed at the Vilana. It will be my hotel of choice for my next visit.

Loved every bit of my time here!! Courteous and always ready to help staff. Housekeeping and front desk simply rocked. Sufal at front desk was of great help throughout our stay. Hotel was clean and hygienic and has a very nice ambience. The view from the room was beautiful, one can see sunrise above the mountain from the room itself. Food service was a little slow, but manageable.

My experience at this homely boutique hotel was super! I was attending a retreat here. The Manger, staff at... reception, restaurant, housekeeping went out of their way to attend to every need. Very homely, well sanitized place & efficient staff. The food was delicious & room service is available 24 hrs. The suite was spacious & clean. Iron & hairdryer are available on request. Free Wi-fi, Toiletries, Coffee/Tea making facility, In room safe, are provided. There is car parking available. Places of tourist interest are close by. There is a temple across the road & Gurudwara next door. All in all a great & comfortable experience. Would definately recommend staying here.

The hotel location, staff attentiveness and cleanliness was really good. Highly recommended for this. One point deducted for its food. It was below average and they need to improve a lot. Their room without breakfast was costing me 1000 less per night, and the amount for breakfast compared to the quality is not at all worth.
