They gave us two rooms in the basement which were just not worth the money they charged. The AC was in a broken condition, there were cobwebs in the walls and the furniture was dusty. Also the bedsheet was dirty and despite us telling them multiple times to get it changed, it was never done and finally we had to give up and put our own bedsheet that we were carrying for our journey.
Also there were so many insects on the walls outside our room and mosquitoes in the rooms.
The only thing good about this place is the Iskon temple, the restaurant and the fact that I stayed there with my family and had a good time despite poor amenities and inconveniences.
I would not recommend anybody visiting the ashram for stay, ofcourse they can visit the temple and have prasadam there.
Restaurant food is great. It is freshly made and can be customized. I had some diet restrictions and they made it very nicely per my request. My special thanks to Pankaj for this. In general the restaurant staff is very hospitable and pay attention to your needs. We loved their kheer, lassi and herbal tea which is available all the time.
The beautiful ISKCON temple is part of this property. We attended Aarti and Kirtan in this temple which was sung with great devotion. It was peaceful and energizing.
Overall the staff is very polite and friendly. We loved our stay there. Thanks to all the staff for everything.
I will recommend this Guest house to every on vacation with family
