If one need to experience hell while he is alive, he must visit Hotel Akash Ganga, Rishikesh..Rooms and toilet were very dirty and stinky..Bed sheet and towels were not not clean and stinking like anything..Owner and staff’s behaviour was like they were goons earlier and entered in this industry mistakenly..

very dirty and bad smelly room. toilets were not clean. a used condom was lying there on the bed when we checked in. when we asked to cancel the booking and refund the money, staff misbehaved with both of us. staff was unprofessional and some of them were staring my girlfriend

Dirty and smelly room, dirty bathroom, dirty towel. Outlook from outside is good but inside even paint is peeled off in corridor. Poor service. Very costly for the level of service this hotel offers. Restaurant is not available but room service was available. Only thing positive is it's location and ample space for car parking. Not recommended for family

Rooms were not hygene as per charges We order for 1 glass milk. It was just 100 ml milk and they cost us Rs. 55/- for it. With tea they serve us a Pantjali biscute packet in a plate for rs. 30/- Only parking area is good. Location is also good near Triveni Ghat

I have not personally stayed in this hotel but booked it often during family functions and for friends coming from Delhi/NCR. The location and price is the plus point of this hotel. It is located at main road and at a walking distance from market. However, there is nothing great about this hotel in terms of cleanliness, amenities and facilities. These are not up to the standard. Hence, book this hotel only if you don't find any other good option.

Very dirty rooms, bedsheets and bathrooms. I asked for a towel, & they gave me a rag until I made noise to get a clean towel. Showers dont work: Perhaps because most travellers would use mug & buckets for bathing. Comparatively railway platform was more cleaner. .

We stayed in October 2015 and what we observed is as :- 1. Hotel rooms are very spacious. 2. Our room was very big and there was 14'' CRT TV was installed at a height of 7ft from ground, so watching tv from 20ft distance is a very challenging task. 3. They provided one towel per room irrespective of no. of occupants. 4. Furniture in the rooms is like 20years old and never restored. 5. Mattress were very thin so hard to get comfortable sleep. 6. Staff is not friendly and didnt bother to keep fresh drinking water in the rooms 7. Considering all above we did not take risk of ordering food. there are ample of food corners nearby the hotel. 8. Best part of the hotel is ::- parking, located very near to Triveni Ghat, Hot water in the mornings. 9. tariff is bit higher as per the room conditions, but by employing 4 people in reception only justified the tariff rates. 10. there is bikaner sweet shop just outside the hotel, do try the chat, jalebi and sweets, too delicious.…

Hotel condition was very bad and the service is more than pathetic. I don’t know why they are running hotel services. They are in middle of market and traffic all around. Here you go with detailed- Food/Restaurant: Its very poor, they take more than an hour time to provide tasteless food. the timing is very odd for restaurant, last order you can make is 10:30 PM. Surrounding: Traffic Accommodation: Rooms are spacious, but very dirty we can see few lizards & cockroach rolling over wall. Also bad smell is coming and after asking for room freshener & mosquito replant, it soms after two hours. Service: Very Poor. Staff behavior: Not so good, Overall: It was very poor hotel with pathetic service, will never visit to this hotel again. I paid double than what they expect.

Room tariff don't justify the rooms conditions. No accountability of any staff after depositing the advance!!! Stayed only because no options was available since I have reached late in the night in Rishikesh. I will recommend that you should hard negotiate with the owner.
