Hotel condition was very bad and the service is more than pathetic. I don’t know why they are running hotel services. They are in middle of market and traffic all around. Here you go with detailed-
Food/Restaurant: Its very poor, they take more than an hour time to provide tasteless food. the timing is very odd for restaurant, last order you can make is 10:30 PM.
Surrounding: Traffic
Accommodation: Rooms are spacious, but very dirty we can see few lizards & cockroach rolling over wall. Also bad smell is coming and after asking for room freshener & mosquito replant, it soms after two hours.
Service: Very Poor.
Staff behavior: Not so good,
Overall: It was very poor hotel with pathetic service, will never visit to this hotel again. I paid double than what they expect.

Pals, This is Rishabh from New Delhi. I have had a trip with my family to Rishikesh. However, Last year I went to AkashGanga hotel, At that time the experience was not so good but this time it was more than a nightmare with my family. Never to stay in this disgusting place, Staff has no manners to talk with elders and family. Time is mentioned of checkout is 12 noon, but they quarreled on that and talked aggressively with my father which was not at all tolerable. Hotel should have the polite staff because we are the customer and only due to us, the hotel business is running. They are just exploiting the tourists. They were saying while quarreling with us that we all are telling a lie. We went to enjoy but they made that such a big terrible unforgettable experience. Please do not visit to this hotel in your life, they are not worthwhile for spending money as service is not at all good along with worse staff that I have ever faced in hotels....

If one need to experience hell while he is alive, he must visit Hotel Akash Ganga, Rishikesh..Rooms and toilet were very dirty and stinky..Bed sheet and towels were not not clean and stinking like anything..Owner and staff’s behaviour was like they were goons earlier and entered in this industry mistakenly..

Stayed for 3 nights with my family and would have to say that it was very comfortable. Nice, spacious rooms and hospitable staff. The food can be improved though. We were given chipped cups for tea and the plates seemed unclean:(

reached rishikesh after a tiring drive and searched for hotels. this is the best place to stay as it is not very far from camping and rafting place and is just opposite to the Triveni Ghaat. very near to lakshman Jhulla and is a great place to stay. Huge rooms, neat a clean corridoors, options for double and triple bed and on top of all the best is the disounts and educated staff members.

Very dirty rooms, bedsheets and bathrooms. I asked for a towel, & they gave me a rag until I made noise to get a clean towel. Showers dont work: Perhaps because most travellers would use mug & buckets for bathing.

The experince was nice in hotel and service was good but if you take the AC Deluxe room then you will get all this facilities.I dont want to say any words about otther class rooms because the other rooms they show us was not of that quality.The main thing i like about this hotel that it is in front of Ganga ghat so wenever you want to go there you can.

We stayed in this hotel for a day while returning from Auli and on the way to haridwar. Its very economical hotel with clean surrounding. There were two types of rooms delux and super delux costing 600 and 900 respectively. Staff is very polite and honest. They helped us with information on places to visit in hrishikesh with best mode of commutation. Room service is quite descent. Though you may not find 5 star facilities of club house, gym etc but for a group of friends visiting hrishikesh, I find this good option...Also triveni sangam, main market, lakshman jhoola and other places to see are nearby....Overall experience with the hotel is good and would recommend it to people who are planning for budget trip..

Staff was behaving like goons... rooms were so small and suffocated that we felt we are locked up in a jail... they are just looting money in the name of providing budget hotel... even a Dharmshala will be better than this hotel.... ZERO STAR

very dirty and bad smelly room. toilets were not clean. a used condom was lying there on the bed when we checked in. when we asked to cancel the booking and refund the money, staff misbehaved with both of us. staff was unprofessional and some of them were staring my girlfriend
