Every time I visit Rishikesh, I stay at Ashram. Excellent balcony view. Food in restaurant is also good. They help in getting other activities arranged.Peaceful and calm place. Small beach. Full of foreigners.

It is a very good lace to stay and is full of foreigners. Budget place so dont expect any service from the staff. Cleanliness is bit of a problem. They have rooms with ganga view which is very nice. They also have their private beach. Do stay here.

Sant Seva ashram offers basic budget accommodation with attached bath. There are no ACs. A good many rooms have balconies overlooking the Ganges so you can sit there in the evenings and enjoy the cool breeze and scenic views of the holy river flowing through the foothills. There is no room service though and we had to remind them to...

I've been staying here for 3 week during my backpacker trip to India. And it was really my home for all that time! It's very cozy place with friendly people. The location is perfect! It's near Laxman Jhula and just 3 minutes by foot to the yoga school where I'd taken classes. But it's really peaceful place on the bank...

Internet hardly works. And best yet, their fans may fall off the ceiling and come crashing down, almost seriously injuring you. When this happened, no...

This is an ashram not a hotel, basically you rent a room in the ashram and thats what you get, don't expect any kind of staff/room service. We took these rooms as they were the best we saw in the budget price range. The balcony and the view of the ganges was amazing. The rooms/bathroom could have done with a...

We happend to have by far the best room available at the hostel - top floor, turquoise colored walls, big bathroom, big balcony and the magnificent view to the river Ganga. The others from our group were a bit less lucky - their rooms were mostly brown colored, not so clean, view to the yard and little bathrooms. Rooms on...

Very good and quiet place, have very-very good cafe Royal Cafe with excellent Ganga seeing, we book a room by 300 rs per night for 2 person and we satisfied almost everything - have only one cons - that hot water available not all the time - only early morning. Very good personal, clean place, and good location.
