Best service and best food Avoid room no 105 it is horrible but thanks for upgrade All over very professional. They charge full if you demand small amount of salad as biting but it's happening everywhere. Near to Narmada
We stayed in Kanchan Recreation Hotel. Its very small hotel, but very nicely maintained. On check-in, routine supplies needed to be asked, not available in the Room. Service was humble. Next day food to be ordered one day before as cooking is made to order. They serve Homely delicious Food. Overall impression was good as compared to pricing. Rooms are quite small, but do-able in view of pricing, good service and good food.
Neat and tidy if you’re looking for a place to spend a night in this tiny little town in MP. Short stroll from the ghat with picturesque views. Staff were friendly, welcoming and cooked up a lovely meal.
Recently stayed at the Kanchan Recreation in Maheshwar. It is a decent accommodation. Does not have too many rooms ( I believe they have around 9 rooms spread over 2 floors). Good sized rooms, clean, hot water, linens and sheets were not bad. Their kitchen is just amazing, you need to give them about an hour to prepare the dishes you desire. They then get the vegetables and cook it super fresh. Nice hot rotis and absolutely home style dishes. We absolutely enjoyed their meals. They also make very good parathas and upmas for breakfast, as per your request and taste. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed..Do not expect a 5 star accommodation, it is a very simple, decent hotel.Good for a couple of nights stay.
Its a good hotel .neat and clean provide a c rooms at reasonable rates.homely food is prepared fresh on order.staff is courteous.overall a good experience.first floor has nice sitting arrangements.room is provided with snacks packs.you can stay in maheshwar and visit Mandu and Omkareshwar.
It is a small hotel located a few kms from the main market in Maheshwar. The hotel staff is very warm, helpful and attentive to the guests. The room we got was huge for the price we paid and the welcome kit very adorable. There is no restaurant so they have strict meal timings but the food prepared is fresh and home cooked to perfection.
Let me begin by saying that Maheshwar being a small town, expecting very lavish hotels here is not an option. However, paying the price we did, the services provided were not at all satisfactory. We booked 2 rooms for 5 days. However, both the rooms had internal lach missing. We asked for water to drink and they said we had to buy every single mineral bottle because they don't have a system of RO. one of the rooms had issues with toilet which they refused can't be corrected. If you want to eat anything, you need to order atleast one meal in advance. and whatever you order, they might have forgotten too. Like we asked for 2 plates of Poha, which they forgot and made only 1. Upon asking for more, they refused that they couldn't do it. We requested them for an early meal on the day of our check out. and by early i mean 8 am. They refused saying they can't provide meal before 9 am. I problem is that the owner of place doesn't stay here and the entire show is run by staff. If you face any issues, there's no one to complain. On last day, we wanted to make the payment by card. Believe me when I tell you that we had asked them a previous day if we could pay by card to which they had said yes. But, on the day of payment, they refused saying they can only accept cash because their machine allows only debit card punch. This entire discussion wasted an hour of our time. Stay anywhere you wish to... Just not this hotel!!…
The Hotel is situated near the Main Market place and a 10 min walk away from the Narmada Ghats. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person who guides you on sightseeing tips . Staff are also very polite . They prepare food in the restaurant only on order. On our request the staff prepared delicious homely food , Would definitely recommend a stay here
The town is small so hotels are not very superb here but this particular place is originally a house converted into hotel . Rooms were spacious and clean with all aminities. We loved food here but just need to order before hand. Food is simple and basic . The only problem we faced is bang on the door in the middle of night which was scary. When we asked in the morning then caretaker accepted his mistake . I don’t know what he was doing there .but we left the place in morning.
I have booked two suit rooms in Kanchan recreation for family. The facilities and infrastructure is not worth paying. The rooms are in second floor with no lift. There is no restaurant and you have to place order in advance. The prices are exorbitant. The service is very pathetic and lacking professionalism. The showers don't give mixer of hot and cold water. I would better suggest other hotels where you get good place for the lesser price you put here.
