The staff at night was pleasant. Daytime staff old and cranky! The one needs to be fired before she runs off guest - bitter and angry. Allergies or asthma - run away! Hand gum and black all over chairs, couches, doors. Unsafe, unsanitary. Air did not work, doors were gapped so large they were unsafe, threads were so bare and...

The facade and lobby achieve some grandeur, but our room didn't match up. It was spacious enough, and things were generally ok, but the bed linens have seen better days, the carpet was inexplicably wet in one corner, the tv remote didn't work, and one of the sink handles kept pulling off the sink. The wi-fi did not work in...

Awful, bad service! Ordered hotel room on booking.com. When we arrived front desk worker can not find the reservation. They found the reservation with handwriting sign "No available rooms" in 10 minutes. And just told us "am Sorry" We had ask free wifi access for to book another hotel, but we hear again "am sorry, we can't do it ".

I had read many of the horrible reviews before we decided to book this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. When I called the hotel, I spoke with Betty. She quoted me several rooms and prices. She told me the King Veranda room was renovated. After discussing with my husband, we decided to take a chance and...

First off, I like this place. We booked it because it was pet friendly, and in fairness they make a point of saying it has not been renovated. The main hotel appears to be very different and very nice. But just know that if you book a cottage, make sure you are not picky. It is old in every sense...

This is a historic hotel with good noes and character. They have been remodeling and say the are about 75% done. The lobby area is opulent. Our room had new carpet, new bath, new furniture and a new post of paint. The A/C was noisy, the window had a broken pane and only one covering. The lamps had low wattage...

Stayed in main hotel-- room 221. Fine experience. Staff was great. Housecleaning came each day. Definitely a place in transition. Our room has been recently renovated and was excellent. TV isn't brand new but worked fine. The biggest negative was our toilet leaked a little the 2nd night.

We reached this hotel after a tiring day and a really long drive. After reaching at 11 we found out that the room was not been booked by the travel portal. The lady in reception was very courteous and helpful to book a room for us as per the same rate with the special rate of the portal. After initial...

We got a Groupon for 3 nights and could not be happier. We got a balcony mountain view room and it was gorgeous. The balcony is spacious and quiet. The admission to the Natural Bridge and Caverns comes with the deal which is a great value. The staff was helpful and friendly. Not a whole lot of choice of where...

We stayed in the Breezeway that is attached to the hotel room # 1.($129) Use to always pay $70 We wanted to stay in a cabin but they said they were closed. We arrived to a dank, dark moldy, dirty room. The linens looked like they have not been washed in a very long time. Pillows were lumpy and old....
