Enjoyed our one night stay here over a long weekend. House is quite charming and has a very cool little museum in the basement with some interesting artifacts. Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice as well. Don't come to watch TV as our room TV was about 13inches. Innkeepers were very nice and breakfast was...

A wonderful house with amazing things to explore. Set in a stunning, peaceful place. However I nearly twisted my ankle on the path that led from the parking area to the front door as it was covered in rotting apples. I ended up kicking them all aside so no-one else would do the same. There was also some coins left...

My wife and I stayed here after a football game at UVa. It is nearly an hour from Charlottesville, but by the time we decided to go, rooms were scarce near town. We lucked out! The drive after the game wasn't bad, but if you don't like mountain roads, don't go through Shenandoah National Park after a night game. Take...

A great little place with a picturesque view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Simple and comfortable. We had the Gold Room and it was spacious. There are 5 rooms to choose from. Very quiet in the house. We had a romance package that allowed us to have breakfast in our room. Extremely tasty French Toast. Hannah was very friendly and...

Planned a weekend trip to hit a few wineries in the area, but only needed a B&B for one night, and there are very few that don't have a 2 night minimum. Fortunately, Cave Hill does not, and we couldn't have gotten luckier anyway. Typical 1830's mansion, with tons of charm and it has been restored and modernized very well....

We will definitely return! The bridal room was spacious, comfortable, and private. The B&B is located a couple of minutes from Massanutten Resort and about a 10-12 min from Harrisonburg. We felt so relaxed after only one night here. It is so quiet and peaceful with beautiful mountain views. The innkeepers were so accommodating making gluten free blueberry pancakes. What...

My wife and I along with 3 other couples stayed at Cave Hill Farm B&B while visiting our alma mater JMU. The house is beautiful, has a lot of incredible historical artifacts, and old pictures which we enjoyed checking out. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. The manager was very responsive to e-mails before our stay...

We’re a 30yr old couple and this was our first ever B&B. We were excited but anxious, we’re used to commercial hotels. This was exactly what we hoped for. Quiet, personal, comfortable with a touch of history in the house. We stayed in the Gold Room, overlooking the mountains (as almost every room does I think). Everything was clean and...

I booked one night at Cave Hill for my wife and I for our 5th wedding anniversary, and we both would have loved to have stayed a few days longer (we have very busy schedules, and rarely even get one night per week alone together). It was a beautiful house, and our hosts Hannah and Omar could not have been...

This was our first time in a B&B, and the experience set the bar very high for future B&B visits. The young innkeepers are adorable, accommodating, and very well informed about the house, its contents, and the family who lived there. I love that most of the furnishings throughout the house have been handed down from the original family, and...
