Should be MASSANOTHING - Lunch at the "Deli" was terrible. The staff took over half an hour to prepare a Philly Cheese Sandwich (with no onions, peppers or cheese). The timeshare needed a through cleaning. We had visitors coming from under the frig. The place is OLD. For the price of the room it passes but anything you find you...

We were six- two adults and 2 children. Overall, the resort was a lot of fun. We stayed at the Woodstone section. The suite with the full kitchen and two bedrooms was fine. We were not crazy about the beds, but that is individual preference. We loved the waterpark and the roping adventure area. We took time to go to...

Had to say very good,as resort grounds & activities are good! But we're timeshare owners from Fl since 1982,so we pretty much know all their tricks. After checking in,to get your car pass you have to see another person. This is where it starts. After introduction to resort,we are offered money or free tickets to the water parks plus breakfast...

From the moment you arrive the efficiency of this resort is evident. Check in was a breeze and service throughout our stay was prompt and courteous. We stayed in a one bedroom unit close to the Meadows Golf Course. Although the RCI notes stated no elevator, we had one, which was good as we were on the third floor. There...

After a busy DC visit, Massanutten was a welcome place to slow down and enjoy. We loved the mountain pool, the tubing, and gorgeous views. Reasonable prices especially for the hotel room. We brought in breakfast and lunch food and that worked out great. We hope our lives circle back here again:)

We stayed at Massanutten this June in a very nice VRBO rental townhouse on Killy Court, great view, clean place, and good price. We enjoyed our stay but this is a big and hilly resort so you have to drive to most everything, no just park the car for the weekend and chill and walk to things. No walking/hiking paths...

We are finishing up a week-long vacation here. I wanted to wait until the end to give a complete opinion. We have found it to be very nice as a hotel, but really did very few of the activities. Our reason for coming here was to enjoy the mountains. Our favorite days were spent hiking in the national forest. We...

Ants in the room (evidently they are having a problem with it this year) wifi down all week (I planned to do business and can't) and the maintenance staff will only say they are working on it. The floors must be paper thin, the people upstairs with kids run them till 11pm every night. Electrical appliance problems. This is not...

We stayed here for 4 days/3 nights and we really enjoyed. They have so many things to do here from golf, horseback riding, go carts, ziplining, and a whole bunch of other stuff. We went to the indoorwaterpark and to the Luray Caves. They both were wonderful. We stayed at Hotel 5, which has just been renovated. They have wi-fi,...

Never come here. Wifi problems for 4 days..."walk a half mile and you can have wifi". Garbage. Fix it. Now. "Will you do anything to make it better?" NO! We don't give a crap about you. Give us your money and get out!!!! Also, if you go on the tour, they LIE about the time. Forgettable resort and will never...
