This was our first stay at Massanutten Resport (we traded a week through RCI). The property is well landscaped and maintained, and the staff was generally super pleasant. There are tons of activities for adults, children and families as well (TIP: don't buy the activity card until you've identified all of the activities that you'll definitely do and calculated that...

We did a week exchange through RCI and stayed in 128U in the Summits, a 2 br/2 ba condo. It had a full kitchen as it was the upper level lockout and a screened porch attached off the living room. There is a washer/dryer combo downstairs that is shared with the downstairs lockout. Condo had a king size bed with...

We took our family here as an end of Summer trip. This was our first visit and deff not our last. We stayed in the Woodstone Meadows which were recently redone. They were very nice. We had a one bedroom villa, with a balcony, which gave us views to the golf course and was close to a swimming pool. The...

We've been to Massanutten many times over the years, and each section has pros and cons. The newer sections are, of course, more modern and in better condition. The older sections are dated, but closer to activities like skiing, tubing, go-karting, but might be further from the indoor pools, etc. We recently had a unit at the "Summit." We were...

The skiing was fantastic and the rates were exceptional. The workers...Exceptional. The staff who ran the lifts, awesome, friendly and understanding. I was quite surprised when they decided to slow down the chair when they were asked. It made it easier for me to get out of the chair and when I fell, they were the first to help me...

So, this was our third vacation here at Massanutten, and we've always had a good experience. Yes, the units are hilariously rundown, and the resort seems to be stuck in the 70's (with the exception of the Waterpark), but we've never had a terrible experience. We own here at Massanutten and even upgraded last year. I'd read reviews where guests...

We come to this resort every year in Week 52, because my dad owns a timeshare here. Overall, it's a very pleasant resort with plenty of activities for the whole family, ages 0-100! Very nice en suite couples' whirlpools in most units and the hHousekeeping staff is awesome and very responsive!! The one complaint is the wifi during this busy...

We exchanged a RCI timeshare and was assured by RCI that we have a unit with a full kitchen. On arrival we were informed that the unit allocated to us only had a partial kitchen. As we arrived on 24 December we had brought food along for a Christmas meal that we could not prepare. The partial kitchen entails a...

Just left resort after a week stay( actually left a day early because the noise above us and beside us was ridiculous. There must not be any insulation between these condos! It sounded like a herd of elephants above us all night! In addition, we heard conversations of the family next to us all week long! Very poorly built condos!!...
