This property is wonderful and from the moment you arrive you know that the staff cares about it. We were welcoming immediately with a warm smile, we stayed here while visiting JMU for a campus tour and needed to bring our daughters with us (Maltese dogs). Pet policy is very clear, the 100 dollar charge is a little steep but...

Stayed at the RI for one night with the family and my dachshund. I chose this hotel because of the pet policy, we usually don't travel with a pet but we were in a bind and needed to take him. The check in process was easy and the room was CLEAN. I loved the size of the room and the...

We stayed here one night in August 2015. Pros: Friendly staff (I needed extra towels, & they were delivered in 5 min. Great water pressure Clean Great, free breakfast Cons: We booked a King Suite. When we checked in, I asked to make sure the bed was a king. I was assured it was. When we got to the room...

We have stayed in this hotel previously and never had a problem. The room was clean and does not appear worn. Lobby and breakfast area also nice. Breakfast was very good. Each day 9we stayed 3) was a slight variance/change in foods offered. The last night we were awakened by a hippy dog in the room next to us. (10...

We recently stayed at RI for 2 nights. Everyone was so friendly! We stayed in a corner room which seemed to be one of the biggest rooms. There was plenty of space for our toddler to run around and play. Our room was clean. The location was perfect. We went to Masanutten Water park (less than 20 minutes....easy drive) Breakfast...

Great place to stop! Clean and comfortable!! We stopped here while driving from Tennessee to New York. Made reservations while only 20 miles away. They were able to accommodate our kayak trailer with no problem! Breakfast in the morning. Many stores/ restaurants nearby. Definitely would stay again and would recommend this place!

We needed a place to stopover and chose the Residence Inn at Harrisonburg. The rooms are actually small studios with a very comfy bed, sofas and a kitchen. The hotel offered a complimentary food and drink evening which was very welcome and breakfast was also in the room rate. Extremely good value for money. We were directed to a very...

Stayed on a trip to NC. Very friendly desk staff, room immaculate, a little Spartan in the bathroom but totally fine. Comfortable, easy access, parking is a bit tight. Got up late as breakfast was closing so can't speak too much to that...they're always quite good, pretty cookie cutter as far as the scrambled eggs and pastries but quite good...

The room was a nice size. And the bed was comfortable. I would stop there again. There was four of us. We had a queen and a full bed witch fit us just perfectly. The people that were working there were very nice and considerate of us and the other guest.

Stayed here for four nights while attending a music festival south of Harrisonburg.Loved having the full-sized refrigerator and extra space to store festival gear. This our third year staying here and the rooms have not showed any signs of aging. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Already looking forward to coming back next year!
