We were visiting relatives in the Bethesda area near Washington. After checking a number of hotel websites where 5 star hotels charge a great deal, and little known motels that do not inspire confidence judging from their websites, we settled for the Westin at Tysons corner which is half way between Dulles airport and Washington. The hotel location is not...

Was very pleased with this Westin. Do agree with another reviewer that the beds didn't seem as soft and "heavenly" as other Westins, but was still comfortable and the pillows were as soft and fabulous as usual. Rooms were spacious and clean. Starbucks coffee in the room is an added bonus. Bathroom spacious as well with an excellent pressure on...

Good Location- just outside the craziness of the DC area. You do have to pay for parking, breakfast is available (but not included) The shower was amazing, bedding was fabulous! We loved it, would stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite due to my platinum membership. The suite was decorated elegantly and very spacious and comfortable. No concierge lounge in this westin property but a very brilliant breakfast was provided. I recommend SPG platinum members to choose breakfast instead of 500 welcome points. Received a breakfast voucher marked "continental breakfast" but actually that...

Like other reviews I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. However. The rooms are bland and unwelcoming and worse of all there is an antiquated AC system that had to be switched off as soon as I walked in the room. The noise was incredible. Thankfully it's March so there was no need for heating or cooling. I'm...

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 4 years. The staff is courteous and professional. The rooms are clean and safe. However, if you look closely, you will soon see this is not up to the Westin standard, as a property. This is an old hotel that went through a room renovation in the last 18 months. Nevertheless,...

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have done what they can to transform the hotel into 'Westin Nice,' but it still falls short. The rooms are small, walls thin. The gym was HOT. Running on a treadmill is tough enough, but you could nearly do Bikram yoga in the space. They could also use more water and TV reception...

I stay here regularly and I'm never disappointed. The hotel staff and customer service is some of the best I've seen and I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year. Estela goes above and beyond to help guests feel welcomed, and the staff in the lobby are very friendly and helpful. In 2.5 years coming here, I've never had...

The Westin Tysons is fine. The bones are old and not in a St Regis downtown good way. This hotel is typical of the 70's - 80's business hotel with tiny bathrooms that are really terrible. The old tubs, old toilets, and old design where the tub toilet and vanity are all jammed in is the only thing that's not...

Arrived after a long days work. Had an issue with check in. The director of guest services Mehmet B handled the situation with the utmost professional and friendly manner. He gets an A plus in customer service. His positive attitude and friendliness made my day! The hotel was beautiful, room clean, spacious and comfortable. excellent location. Highly recommend.
