A one day stay at the hotel because we had to make some last minute changes to our Goa trip coming in from South Goa turned to be a surprisingly wonderful stay. The hotel is always busy, with vacation travellers coming in and going out, but the reception staff do a good job. Before we checkedin we decided to have lunch post the long drive from south goa and while a buffet it was a wonderful spread, on being told that something is finishing, it was paid attention to and yes for a five star it was priced adequately. The spread was wholesome and delicious.
The hotel itself is located in old goa and the rooms (not all) face the pool and the vast landscape of the mandovi river. There is a serenity in the calmness the view provides specially during sunset. Maximum picture clicking happened then. We could not use the pool, because it was occupied by travellers of a certain group which were occupying a lot of the common areas in the hotel, however thats not the hotel's issue and neither it is theirs. But we would next time for sure. We also had some coffee in the hotel's coffee shop and it was cosy and nice. The breakfast spread again was wonderful and to attend to the rush, the hotel does a very good job and still managed to ask us if we needed anything every five mins, commendable.
Room sizes (we had a pool view and the kids had an inside twin roon which seemed larger than ours) were good. I think we got an upgrade in one of the rooms owing to my status with hilton. Parking is with a valet and is busy but manageable. The hotel has a casino also, which possibly is the reason of crowds coming in during the weekends. Elevators are managed by lift-men which is a nice touch.
Only issue - difficult to get hold of housekeeping sometimes, room service while fast will not take the housekeeping request you need to tell the reception. However the reception staff is fast, my wife needed some pharmacy item and while not available in the hotel, their suggestions helped to get it in time. We liked the hotel and are considering a stay in panjim for a longer duration at this property the next time.

I recently visited the Elle Spa at the DoubleTree in Goa, and it was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. Right from the outset, the facilities struck me with their immaculate cleanliness and an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. It’s a perfect sanctuary for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle.
The standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by my therapist, Prijesh. His approach was a blend of kindness, attentiveness, and a reassuring calm that instantly put me at ease. Prijesh’s professionalism and skill in delivering both a deep tissue massage and a body scrub were exemplary. He paid attention to every detail, ensuring that every moment of the treatment was relaxing and beneficial.
The deep tissue massage was a masterful blend of technique and pressure, effectively easing away all the tension. Following it up with the body scrub left me feeling thoroughly rejuvenated. The quality of the products used was top-notch, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the treatments.

Hotel is just amazing. We stayed there for 5 days with our twins. Rooms are spacious and cleaning of every nook and corner is well maintained. Housekeeping service is prompt and can be availed 24x7, as we were with kids that was important for us. River view balcony gives splendid feeling of nature. Best thing here is pool. Our twins loved it and enjoyed a lot. Pool water feels Luke warm during morning time and refreshes mood instantly. Food is served on buffet and is very delicious. They also prepare food on demand which was very helpful for feeding our twins. Food can also be ordered in room anytime. For kids they have special Kids Zone with lots of toys and activities. I spent 5 nights at this hotel & had a relaxing visit. I used Hilton Honors points for my stay & was a bit worried when I first arrived because the lobby isn’t grand. The front area is also shared with a casino. I was in a river view room, which had a lovely view. The room was well-decorated with interesting details. I enjoyed the balcony & appreciated the drying rack, which made drying my bathing suit easy. The room had a lot of light switches, which weren’t easy to figure out. I would have appreciated some information so I didn’t sleep with the balcony light on for 2 nights. The breakfast was so-so. Good quality & variety was good, but the staff was disorganized. They had a lot of staff walking around, but it was difficult to get their attention. I had to ask for a napkin on several days & once when I got up to get some fruit, they almost gave my table away. I had a burger in the lobby lounge one day & had the same difficulty finding a staff person to place my order. I spent more time in the Executive Lounge, which offered excellent warm & cold snacks in the evenings & a nice variety of drinks. The highlight of my visit was the Elle spa. I had a foot massage with Mercy the first day, which was excellent. I returned for a deep tissue massage with their promo of 30 free minutes with a 60 minute massage. Heavenly!!!
The setting is beautiful, but the hotel is not close to Panjim. I used a hotel taxi to go into town, & it was more than double the price of the return trip in a taxi. I also booked a taxi through the hotel to go the the airport. They had no record of the booking, but they were able to get a taxi. I suggest they put the airport codes on the sign that has the transportation options since there are 2 airports. I needed to go to GOI, but they call it Dabolim, which was confusing since I’m not from there.

Right from the restaurant to the infinity pool to the hospitality, every thing was top notch. Rooms are tastefully done and the rooms facing the Mandovi river had an exceptional view. A special mention to the in-house Restaurant. Everything they made was delicious and compliments to the entire Restaurant team for being continuously on their toes and adhering to the smallest of requests. also to mention, the hotel is extremely adjusting to customer needs, thereby making the whole experience completely wowsome. Every little request is looked into on an immediate basis and adhered to.
We had small celebration and they helped us decorate our room beautifully and efficiently and got us a cake from their side which was really sweet gesture.
Just a small suggestion on saving water and environment - do provide water purifier filled glass bottles rather than packaged drinking water. It will save the environment. Also try not changing towels each day. Again to save the environment.
Lastly we had a bad experience when the hotel gave us a hired car for our railway station drop. The car driver drove really rash causing a severe discomfort. Car no was GA 07 F 7806. Please don’t repeat this driver again. I know it’s not the hotels mistake but sharing as a feedback for next time.
As a whole would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Recently I Visited Hilton Goa along with my family and it was a phenomenal experience. Awesome ambience and service. The staff is courteous and attentive and the rooms are immaculate with stunning views overlooking the Mandovi river. There has been a positive vibe around the place and the ambience was soothing. The amenities offered, such as gym, outdoor, indoor games and swimming pool were top notch that added overall luxury to the stay. One of the highlights of the stay was the Executive lounge which was impeccably clean. It’s food menu varieties and taste both were bang on. Loved the cocktails served in the lounge and special mention of Raghib for hosting us throughout our stay. Special mention on the breakfast experience. Each morning greeted us with a delightful assortment of options that varied dally, complimented by excellent service. Service was exceptionally wonderful and the staff was friendly and courteous . Special mention of the team and thanks for the services provided by Pradeep, Raghib, Sayantika, Abhishek, Amit and Yogita. They were prompt, courteous and were amazingly helpful which made the whole experience memorable. Manish & Anmol from housekeeping services were swift and consistent thorough. Thanks to the entire team at Doubletree to make our long trip a memorable one. I would definitely consider visiting here again and Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

Stayed for two nights here. Located along the mandovi river with mesmerising views the property is very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. House keeping is great. The highlight is the breakfast with a huge spread all very tasty and very well managed by the team always smiling. Keep up the great work. The rooms are well kept and equipped. The location is good a bit away from the city, but worth it.

Had a really amazing experience.. The hotel is truly 5 star and everything is top notch.. The attention to detail in the room is great.. Has centralized AC in room.. The service is good.. Got complimentary beers n soft drinks in the mini bar.. Also complimentary fruits n sweets.. The infinity pool was great.. View of Mandovi river is serene.. Also lot of options for kids to have fun.. Including a giant chess set.. The speakers kept all around the ground n pool are shaped like rocks, so that they don't stand out.. It is the attention to smallest things that made this hotel stand out from rest.. The customer relationship team was really friendly and make us feel at home.. To say negatives, the Hyderabadi Biryani tasted below average.. The Feni which we drank was full mixed with sprite n lost the taste of Feni.. Very difficult or impossible to get a bike or car rent near the hotel, since it is bit far from Panaji.. The outside taxi guys looked bit arrogantf.. Overall it is an amazing place to stay ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for 4 nights, on arrival we were greeted by the reception staff and explained it will take sometime for checkin as it’s busy , but it took less than 10mins for check in and being gold member we were upgraded to executive and executive suite room. Aakash and Kenny at the front desk were courteous and patient to explain us about the stay and all the facilities. On arrival we were given cookies and Goan Doce as a welcome present. We were also housekeeping in charge Mahaveer who with his team of Fardeen and Shravani made sure rooms were tidied everyday and changed the towels and toiletries regularly. Being a Gold member, we had access to the executive lounge for complimentary drinks and starters. We were served by Ratan who made sure we were fed and watered well!!! Service was quick and food was tasty. Restaurant staff Aman, Shweta, Sushmita, shruthi, Ravi and few others whose names I am unable to recollect now, looked after us. Always welcoming and courteous attitude shown by these staff. Specially the day I was ill , they provided me fruit juices , black tea with lemon and plain yoghurt. Constantly checked on me if I was ok. I was spoiled completely by these staffs. Pampered me like a queen!!!. The location and ambience of this property is so pretty, well maintained by the staffs. At the pool , staffs Praveen and Pavan constantly watched the pool keeping us safe , they also offered us plastic covers for phones to use in the pool, fresh towels were provided too. Changing rooms are clean and safe to use with lockers provided. Spa staffs Priya and Rebecca served us for pedicure and deep tissue massage which was so rejuvenating. I hope I haven’t missed out on anyone. Thank you is a small word for all care and love received at this hotel. I wish good luck and best wishes to all the Hilton Staff and a big thank you for looking after me and my family. Truly this place is meant for a proper holiday and relaxation.

If one wants to experience hospitality at its best in Goa, Double Tree by Hilton Panaji is the place you should be in. We had a memorable stay in the last week of December where everything in the property was as it's best with a special mention to the staff like Amar, Gangadhar, Shiv, Tapajit Rudrakanta among others who make you feel at home with their warmth and affection. The rooms, facilities such as swimming pool with gorgeous views and a central location make the property a very desirable one.
Special thanks to Shweta, the guest relations manager who made our trip perfect from the very beginning. It's definitely a hotel worth staying when in Goa.
