This hotel is a little tired looking and I found quit a lot of noise from other rooms. Staff were mediocre. My daughter-in-law had to call back to get connected to my room and instead of being put on hold, the phone was left open and she could hear the conversations going on in the lobby. There was quite a...

Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, VA, was a delightful place to stay. Check in was fun! The young man at the desk was very upbeat and positive. Steve is definitely a people person. Our room was clean and felt very fresh. The furnishings were not worn. There were no strange odors. The bed was very comfortable. There was an astonishing...

After driving all day from NJ we were going to stay in Christiansburg but when we pulled off 81S we were told no rooms were available. This was about 7 pm. We decided to have dinner and find a room. I called the Holiday Inn and spoke to Linda. She was very helpful and booked us a king room over...

We stayed here while visiting family at Radford University. The hotel is clean, staff is great, and the rooms are very nice. Everyone from the desk, to housekeeping was delightful and welcoming. The breakfast is fine. Coffee and tea are very hot. They have nice yogurt and breads. The cereal, yogurt, fruit, and toast are very nice.

We stopped at this holiday inn express late last evening after a long day of travelling towards home after a trip to Savannah. This was the nicest hotel during our trip. Nice rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Dublin. Staff very friendly too!

Stayed here one night on our way to Myrtle beach. The lady that checked us in Linda was awesome - great sense of humor and excellent customer service. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was good although the hot tub was under repair. The breakfast area was fine with a good selection of quick breakfast food. The best part of...

our stay here with two small children was supposed to last one month while our home is remodeled. After five nights with NO LINEN CHANGES and diarrhea from poorly controlled breakfast foods, we are forced to pull up stakes. The unprofessional staff goes without saying. Holiday Inn should revoke this franchise. Boo!

Our family just spent two nights at this hotel. It's a very nice hotel. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice, especially Linda. The pool, hottub, and exercise room were well maintained and clean. The breakfast bar was very nice...fruit, hardboiled eggs, omlets (previously frozen but still tastey), sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, toast, waffles, bagels, pancakes, cream cheese, butter, syrup,...
