The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good, but this hotel still falls short of my expectations for a Best Western. The first room we were checked into had filthy floors. They were laminate hard wood, and clearly they hadn't been cleaned after the last guests. We were given a new room which was cleaner, but it...

This hotel is older, but fairly clean. The front desk clerk was friendly. I was traveling on business, and was given a room on the 2nd floor, in the back. There was no elevator, so I had to drag my bags upstairs. I felt a little uneasy with my room facing a fence with construction equipment in it. I don't...

Thank you for your review! We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay! Please note, that we have had an elevator for quite some time now, however, it is located at the front of the property! Sincerely, Cary L.

One of the best breakfast bars I have ever encountered. The bar had very good service and a good selection of drinks. The hotel staff was helpful and eager to help. The restaurant menu selections were limited but the items that we sampled were very good and the serving sizes were more than enough. I would recommend this Best Western...

I booked two rooms at this hotel when most hotels in Lewisburg were booked up over a long weekend. It was about a 30 minute drive from the Greenbrier Airport. My room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, water pressure good in the shower and ac was working well. The only downside was the...

This is an old hotel. I found the smell of former smokers in our room at first. then I didn't notice it. The rooms are a good size. small bathrooms, but there is a microwave and fridge in the room. free wi-fi is a plus and also a pool on site. The hotel was good to recharge and go the...

Reasonably enjoyable experience. Rooms may have an odor, but you get used to it. Pool is nice. View is great. Breakfast buffet is worse than when I was in the Marine Corps! Will be staying there again, mainly because it is the best in town.

This hotel has an awesome view of the mountains and the pool is great. They have plenty of chairs and a lounge area. They warn guests ahead of time that the bar get noisy at night, so if this would bother you, ask for a room away from that area. The food was ok if your looking for the basics....

band noisy, but they did offer ear plugs. No matter where you stay, you are going to hear them til 10 two am. Breakfast vouchers were great, $7 for each person , We used them at the pizza place down the road and got 7 great sandwiches.

We stayed here out of dire necessity with children and dogs while we traveled to our destination. This is an old motel that is ready to be dozed. There is mold, mildew, a bad crowd, and is in very poor condition. Housekeeping should be applauded. It was clean but you can only clean a total DUMP so much. It is...
