I received a booking confirmation but three weeks later was told the booking was invalid because there was small print on the website that said there was a minimum of three nights stay. I expect that an online reservation system would inform me that I can't make a booking or I would be told immediately that they needed a minimum...

There surely must be some misunderstanding here because we have a "sent' email dated Apr. 12, the same day that you made your reservation reiterating our 3 day minimum holiday policy, followed by a phone call a few days later and another phone message the following week and finally the last email on Apr. 24th a full month before your...

My wife and I just returned from 4 lovely nights at the Cedar Gables Inn on Chincoteague Island, VA. We enjoyed the Inn, staff and island immensely! Cedar Gables is a lovely, obviously gabled, waterfront property located overlooking Little Oyster Bay. The property is well maintained and facilitates include a great dock out to the water with chairs to sit...

If you're looking for a quiet out of the way place.. this is it. The lady that runs this B&B makes a great breakfast every morning to get you off to a good start on the island. The place is clean and well maintained .... and then there are these two adarondike chairs on the end of the pier...perfect to...

This is a wonderful B&B with two wonderful hostesses and an incredible breakfast. My family and I stayed in Lori's Room for four days in July 2013. Every morning Kitty had a different menu, from fresh shrimp and eggs Benedict to Southwest Omelet's, with fresh fruit salad and juices, good tea, and desserts (all inclusive). Cedar Gables has its own...

The room and location make this B&B worth a stop but breakfast is outstanding. Perfectly prepared omelettes, bacon, fresh fruit and juice, good coffee; made this one of the best breakfasts that I have ever had, and it is included in the price of the room! We were in 202 and it was spacious enough with a separate outside entrance....

What a beautiful Bed & Breakfast! The décor was lovely and the hosts were friendly. They kept menus of the local restaurants so you could see what place you wanted to eat at for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was amazing-everything was so fresh! We stayed in the Oriental Room which was very pretty and had a lovely breeze blowing through...

Spent one night on a girls get away and really was pleased with the experience. It was a cooler than normal March weather and the fireplace in our room was lovely. Room was spacious for the 3 of us, very clean and beautifully decorated. Claudia was a welcoming hostess making some calls to check on dinner plans for us. Breakfast...

This was my girlfriend's first time at Chincoteague, and my first time in a few years. We both agree that this is the BEST place on the island to stay. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful, and breakfast was consistently delicious and very fresh. It is very quiet and relaxing and in a nice location with a beautiful...
