We recently spent a long weekend at Chincoteague for our anniversary and stayed at the Watson Guest House. What a wonderful experience. The house/room was very nice and comfortable. The hosts/owners, Bob and Carol, were wonderful hosts, making us feel very welcome and providing great information/tips/recommendations about the area. We have been staying at the Watson House for several years. Bob and Carol are wonderful hosts making guests feel welcome and at home. We love to sit on the beach but that means leaving the beloved front porch and delightful conversation with the Mabens. Hard to leave that relaxing friendly atmosphere. We have stayed in every room but one...

We had a lovely weekend at the Watson House. The rooms we booked, the Bayview and the Bird's Nest, were both adorable and furnished with great antique furniture. Being an old Victorian, there is a bit of electronic noise at night (a/c, fan, fridge) but that's part of its charm. Bob was a wonderful host, giving us restaurant recommendations, a...

Been to many B&Bs and Inns, this one is one of my favorite. Bob, the host, was so friendly, informative and helpful. Very accessible to tourist. Easy ride to Assateague Island, water tours just down the street, and many restaurants within 10 minutes and several you can walk to. Definitely would recommend!!

We could not have asked for better hosts for our first time on the island. Chincoteague is a lovely place and Bob and Carole added so much to our stay! The house itself is gorgeous and our room was clean, bright, and comfortable. With free bikes for guests, park passes, and truly encyclopedic knowledge of all the best places to...

We stayed in the Rose Room, for a one night excursion to the island (my favorite place in the world!!). We usually stay at a friend's house or a hotel, but wanted to try something new this time, and I don't regret it at all! My son and I had a warm welcome from Bob, who was outside waiting for...

Wife and I had delightful weekend at this wonderful B&B. Every room in this Victorian home filled with lovely antiques and nice touches. Spacious bedrooms with big, comfy beds. Bob was a gracious host, offering advice on everything from historic sites to restaurants. His wife, Carole, made delicious breakfasts with many homemade items. Coffee service started at 7:30am and breakfast...

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house - so much history! And the breakfasts were wonderful. Comfortable beds. Owners very kind. My daughter got a migraine on our last day and Carol made her a care package from breakfast for when she felt better.
