It always is the first impression that gets me. The outside of the hotel is industrial looking in paint and overall appearance. Front Desk- I had the unlucky encounter with a young women at the front desk who was very confused on how to link reservations, change rooms and overall displayed poor customer service. I asked for a room away...

Let's start with the GREAT. It was a very busy weekend for this hotel...sold out, lots of kids in town for a Cheerleading competition. Once you enter your room, the high quality room door, and solid construction makes the room virtually soundproof. I love that when I travel! Never heard anyone in the rooms near/above us. Front desk and services were great. Jeremy (I think his name was) was fantastic and found me a couple of good eating places. Location is OK and in house facility was good too. Hot water, nice TV, clean room, pool etc... Quite comfortable!

Rooms are very Marriott. Food great with Tammy as your server at the lounge. We have stayed here several times and it great and consistent. Everyone here is friendly and willing to go the extra step to make you stay worthwhile.

Marriott hotels are usually a good choice, but this location was definitely one of the nicest. The staff was very welcoming - a greeting each time in the lobby, whether coming or going. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice breakfast offering - cooked to order. The small pub-like restaurant is quite nice, especially when you've arrived...

Everything you'd expect from a Marriott. Clean, nicely located and staffed with friendly people. We were only in town for one day, so we did not try out any of the amenities, but if we ever come back we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing front desk personal, staff was wonderful. It was an excellent stay in a clean room with pleasant, helpful staff. The hotel is pet-friendly and that makes it nice if you are traveling with your dogs all the time. Will be returning to the area again for business and will be staying here again!

Great staff, predictable Marriott decor and rooms. Food is good. Only negative is the slow service in the restaurant in the morning. On the other hand, the a.m. Staff in the bistro is top-notch. Terrific to have a full-service resturant available after a long day. Slightly older, but very clean and well-kept.

My new favorite hotel in the area. I received an amazing greeting from the front desk and was treated like I was family returning home. Perhaps the best welcome I have ever received. At check in found AC not blowing cold. Came down for dinner and mentioned to Jeremy at front desk FIXED! Tammy at bar wonderful server. Knows her customers and makes sure they are taken care of. I recommend this full service hotel with competitive rates
