What can I say that has not already been said. This home, and their hosts - David and Kathy, were perfect for a weekend getaway.

The room was clean, the home was inviting, and the view was tremendous.

Thank you David and Kathy!

Hi there Arcady is a 12 minute drive from downtown Charlottesville. The only food delivery service are online companies like orderup Charlottesville is a very small city with many wonderful restaurants. There is however not enough staff for them to have delivery people. Most guests use Uber for a ride to town to dine.

Hi all, I was looking to book for February 2016. Obviously I know the weather will be cold, however would there still be wine tours available? And would be be able to walk the ground etc?
Hi there, Winters are generally mild in Virginia. The wineries are open year round so wine tours are run year round. We have a small vineyard out back and you can absolutely walk around the vineyard in February. Weather here can change often so it could be warm or cool during that time. But everything is open.

how far in advance are rooms available for booking? We will be looking for four rooms for mid October 2016 soon. thank you.
Hi there, We only have four rooms so rarely have four rooms available at once. I would recommend one of the larger B&Bs for your group, like Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm. To answer about the timeframe, October is our busiest month of the year, so with a group as large as yours I would book as soon as possible. Arcady Vineyard

Hi, we are two ladies with four kids (from 4-13 years old). Could it be possible to stay at your B&B for one night on Monday March 30? Thanks in advance, Margit
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in our B&B! I'm sorry, but with our room amenities of wine all guests must be 21. I would recommend Foxfield Inn, Inn at Monticello, Inn at Court Square or Inn at 400 West High.
