We stayed there this time last year with good friends. The home is lovely and so is the area and we had a wonderful long weekend. I just hope Rosemont upped the quality and quantity of their breakfast. The servings were meager and there was no selection, choice or additional food. Having stayed at B&B's many times, we know that...

We are glad to hear that you and your friends had a wonderful weekend while visiting us here at Rosemont. Thank you for your kind words regarding the beauty of the manor. We have worked very hard to make sure that Rosemont is elegantly appointed while maintaining the historical integrity of this 200 year old mansion. The clawfoot tubs you...

My husband and I bought a 2-night stay and went to Rosemont during the week (Tuesday - Thursday). The house is amazing and the view from the front portico is amazing. The Blue Ridge is a wonderful site to just gaze at. The property is beautiful, too. We stayed in the Eisenhower room and loved it. We loved the peace...

Rosemont Manor is a beautiful property, the former home of Senator Byrd and his family, visited by Presidents Johnson, Kennedy, and Nixon. It is perched on a hillside in the town of Berryville and offers b&b accommodations and afternoon teas. I attended a tea in late February and felt myself relaxing on the drive to Berryville (an easy drive from...

Thank you so much for your kind words, and thank you for coming to tea at Rosemont! We have many visitors who make the scenic drive from the Northern VA/DC Metro area, and we are pleased to offer our guests a relaxing break from the city that is really just a “stone’s throw” away. I am glad you enjoyed hearing...

My husband and I bought a two night stay and decided to use it during the week. We went down on a Tuesday and absolutely loved the Manor. It is so elegantly furnished and their hospitality is so warm and welcoming. The breakfasts were very good. We stayed in the Byrd's Nest, which is a separate cottage on the property....

The " manor tea" was excellent! The Manor is beautiful and very historical. I was greeted with a refreshment while waiting for the other participants to arrive. Next we got an entertaining overview of the Manors history in the parlor. Then tea was served in the formal dining room, which was beautiful and had nice big windows overlooking the property. The"...

I attended the tea this weekend, and had a lovely time! The tea was excellent and the food was wonderful. It was my first "tea" and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The home is in a a beautiful setting, even in the middle of winter, and the staff and innkeeper were very hospitable and friendly. I would definitely recommend the tea,...

The minute we arrived we were in Andrews hands. He welcomed us and walked us though the manor. My mouth dropped more with each room- by the end I was totally speachless. Every detail in each room was perfect, to include magazine's covering the Kennedy years- yes they are the originals. Welcome evening treat included our choice of wine, cheese/crackers...

My husband and I have just returned home after a wonderful couple days at Rosemont. We were gifted a Groupon to visit, and decided to take a mid-winter trip. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the innkeeper, Andrew, and welcomed to the lovely Manor. We had our pick of rooms for a very low upgrade...

Thank you so much for your kind words! We enjoyed your visit so much, including the musical stylings of your talented husband (especially the Beatles Medley)! It sounds like you made the most of your time here at Rosemont, enjoying both the amenities of the manor as well as the quaint shopping and dining opportunities in Berryville and the surrounding...

My wife and I enjoyed a great weekend at Rosemont. The suite was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and we especially enjoyed our conversations with Andrew, the inn keeper. He made the away from home experience feel like home.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Rosemont for a weekend last Spring and I fell in love with the beautiful rooms and grounds and the warm atmosphere. I told my boyfriend that I wanted us to get married there someday. We were engaged last July and Rosemont was the only place we considered for our winter wedding! We spent...
