This small inn is located in a very historic town in Vermont. The location offers a lot of activities nearby (including taking baking classes at King Arthur Flour)! We really enjoyed the Augustus Saint-Gauden National Historic Site in Cornish, N.H. Anyway, about the inn…it just had a most relaxing atmosphere and we felt completely at home there. Our room was...

The Snapdragon Inn has become our "go to" location whenever in the Upper Valley. Under Innkeeper Nadia's attentive and ever-helpful presence, both my husband and I have now enjoyed on a number of occasions and seasons this lovely and well-maintained historic inn, once home to Maxwell Perkins, with its comfortable library offering guests perusal of the mighty scope of his...

What a delightful stay. There were other guest and they came and went while we hung around on the back porch with glasses of wine and one night even a pizza from up street. Birds, chipmunks and a wonderful lake just down the alley. Staff were all very nice. Well be back. Tom

We stayed after a running event. The bed was comfortable, radiant floor heat in the bathrooms, the staff was friendly, deluxe continental breakfast, make your own waffles, local greek yogurt, maple syrup. Baby jams and all around attention to details.

A beautiful inn, our room was (#5) was a spacious corner room, with a queen size bed, non-working fireplace and a bathroom with a big tub (separate shower) and heated floors. The heated floors were bliss. Service was excellent, the person who checked us in gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. We had booked the Harpoon...

The Snapdragon Inn was the anchor for our three-day New Year's holiday. In addition to the convenience of being less than 30 minutes from Woodstock, Quechee, White River Junction and other places of interest, the Inn offered the perfect combination of comfort, personality and hands-on/hands-off attention. Upon check in, we were given a binder with things to do and restaurant...
