My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Snowflake. The room was great. We would stay there again. It is located right on the recreational path (the #1 Stowe attraction) and close to mostly everything. Don't count on the wi-fi working properly even though it may. When I was there, the wi-fi would work for me and missed...

A few miles outside of Stowe so not within walking distance. A couple of stores and restaurants other than the on sight pub but not much. Road construction right in front so difficult getting in and out while I was there. Building old in a good way--nice atmosphere. Grounds beautiful. Standard room was comfortable but nothing to rave about. First...

Return trip to Stoweflake mainly for the spa. Room had peeling bathroom ceiling and broken hot water faucet. Beds were nice as were linens. Room supplies such as coffee and shampoo were no replenished. Spa is great but expensive. Grounds are lovely as is lobby. I reserved one room for three nights on a holiday weekend and needed an additional...

We just returned home from a short stay in Vermont. Although we had friends in the Burlington area we decided to stay in Stowe because of the price for the hotel. The hotel is definitely dated. This is visible the moment you walk in. We booked a standard room. We contemplated upgrading to a room with a jacuzzis tub and...

The hotel is nice. It's on the older side so it's not very sound proof....ask for a second floor room so nobody is walking above your head! It was very clean and the staff are wonderful. They have a pub like restaurant (George, the manager, is awesome, Friendly and helpful). They also have another bistro type restaurant that had a...

Friendly welcome to this large resort spread over a very large property. We had a lovely Spa Premier guest room in the main building near the spa with comfy bed, desk, table and chairs and lovely to have a fireplace in our room. Nespresso machine for coffee and tea. Good size bathroom. Beautiful view across the grounds, trees and to...

This resort was amazing. Spectacular views and a lot to do. I wish I could have taken the chance to enjoy the Spa, but the services looked incredible. Our room was clean and good sized and had a great view of the fall foliage. MARK at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I felt welcome when he...

I've definitely experienced way better hotels for less than half the price of this place. I feel bad that I'm leaving such a bad review, but honestly this place is VERY OUTDATED! I don't understand how this place can call themselves a resort. I think all the reviewers here are seriously leading other people astray, and it should be stopped!...

After a long drive, we arrived to a lovely looking resort hotel. The room was very comfortable with a huge King bed on the ground floor. After a roam round the town, we went to dinner - this night in the Bar. Nice reception by the staff, although given the size of the hotel, there were few people dining. The...

Was able to walk to great restaurants and shops. Hotel also situated on a beautiful walking trail. Fall color was amazing and be sure to drive the Smuggler's Notch road for more beautiful fall...
