Stayed here for 2 nights. The place needs revamping big time. The doors, the floors are falling apart. Must change color scheme on walls and curtains. Plus the rooms and front desk smell like mold. I do have to say that all the ladies that work at reception and breakfast area are very polite and friendly. The free breakfast was actually descent.

Thank you for your feedback. We really apologize for the noise disturbance you encountered during your stay. There was construction going on in the neighborhood that is just behind the hotel, so, unfortunately, we could not control what time the work started or finished. We appreciate the honest feedback, and we hope you might give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

No one should stay here. Giant Beetle in the room, dirty filthy bed skirts. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Loud music playing in the parking lot and then our neighbors began shouting and threatening to kill one another. Housekeeping was peering through the glass window at 8am and then knocking on the door when we still getting up for the day. A nightmare

We are very saddened to hear that your stay was anything less than satisfactory. We very much apologize for the "beetle" you found in the room. In Vermont in the fall and spring, there are a ton of these harmless, yet annoying beetles called Box Elders that live in Elder trees and come out to be in the sun. Almost every fall and spring season brings these insects out, and we even find them in our homes occasionally. We really apologize for that, and that one somehow made it's way into your guest room. We always encourage all guests to contact the front desk immediately if something needs attention, and we will take care of it right away. Had we been made aware of any of these issues, we would have immediately offered you to move to another room, and we would have told the neighboring guests to quiet down. We can always find a solution to any issue, and that is why we encourage all guests to let us know if they need help or if something is not right. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you might consider giving us another try.

Our reason for choosing this Travelodge is because they take pets, which is nice. But the hotel is old and nothing has been updated. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt: daylight could be seen at the top and around the front door; the water pipe to the shower head "vibrated"; the AC/heating system thermostat was out of wack; linen, etc looked old and worn out.

Thank you for leaving us a review about your stay. We do allow guests to stay with pets for a nominal fee in certain rooms. We are happy to hear that you brought your furry friend along. We are disappointed to hear that your stay experience was anything less than satisfactory. We are constantly working on upgrades and there will be new things to come in the near future. We hope you will give us another try if your travels bring you back to the area.

Definitely NOT a non-smoking room! Really disgusting. We arrived late and the place was fully booked so we didn't have a choice. By far, the worst room I have stayed in. The smell of cigarettes and perfume to cover it was nauseating. The window overlooked the lovely area under the staircase outside, and the paint was peeling off of the low-hanging ductwork. The next day, the front desk happily moved us to another room, which was fine. We could tell this happens all the time- she didn't even bat an eye. And the poor girl was the one running around cleaning the rooms too!

When I travel, in this case KY to Quebec, I want a hitel that is easy to get to, clean, quiet, and has food nearby. This hitel met all thse needs and the staff was extremely warm ans accommodating as well. Needs some cosmetic updates, but I did nor want to live there, just rent a room for he night, I would have no hesitation about staing there again.

If you feel like taking a trip back in time, be sure to stay here. Even though there is no smoking in the room, that didn't stop other travelers from standing outside their rooms smoking. The smell wafted through the air, and was pulled into room through the air conditioning unit.

This property needs a total overhaul. The upgraded room they offered me was really bad. Question. What does a standard room look like? If you can’t find another place to stay sleep in your car. Don’t stay here!

It Does not worth $200 / night, try Airbnb instead. It's clean but we expect more for that kind of price. Breakfast is just super process food (there is bananas). Wafles, eggs and sausage look like it's been cook few weeks ago and recooked and served.....
