We were on a bus tour of Vermont and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no maid service. We were asked to put our used towels in the hallway and they replaced them with clean while we were out. They did not have a bathmat for the shower and the surface was slippery. We used one of the towels. Breakfast was included with our stay. They offered eggs, sausage, cold & hot cereal, toast, juice, and coffee. I believe there may have been a waffle maker too. The same items were available every day. On the last day, they put out fresh fruit. There were between 20-25 seats in the breakfast area. Certainly not enough seats for the many people wanting to get breakfast. Twice we left the hotel to walk down the street to a convenience store to buy breakfast sandwiches since there was no seating.…

I can always count on La Quinta to provide a consistent experience. This hotel is well located near the Burlington, Vt airport. Staff was professional and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was great!

We cancelled our second night because the first was so loud. We were awakened at 3am by loud noises, slamming doors. This went on for a long time. Our room was clean but hotel was under construction and general areas weren’t impressive. Burlington has a serious housing shortage and I think this hotel rents rooms to the homeless. I understand that this might be a solution to a difficult problem, but I haven’t encountered this in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. I guess I was just unprepared for that. The staff was very nice.

Good points: clean and comfortable recently refurbished room. Perfect location. Not so good points: reservation was for 4 people but room wasn't stocked with towels, etc for 4. TV did not work, and though we asked for it to be fixed early on, this wasn't repaired at all during our stay. It seems no maintenance staff was on duty. When i commented on it when we checked out, i was completely ignored by the woman who checked us out. She was extremely rude. She was also doing double duty as front desk and breakfast prep. I will say that coffee and breakfast should be avoided! Again, her demeanor while staffing the breakfast was also rude. I have no issues paying $300 for a room... but not here and not ever again. There are so many other choices in the Burlington area.

This hotel was so run down in need of so many maintenance items and was by far the dirtiest hotels. Seemed like section 8 housing. The breakfast area appeared to not have been cleaned in sometime. We were brave or crazy enough to eat anything, it was in one word disgusting.

Newly renovated. New, but bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The shower head had no pressure making it impossible to wash my hair. Still this hotel had the best price value for the south Burlington area.

Airport shuttle cancelled without notice. Hotel renovation ongoing- but you will eat breakfast in a building site. No non processed food options. Only attribute is that it's only a mile walk from the airport. Staff were generally useless- so this is just an averagely mediocre hotel

Renos of lobby, hallways, doors, pool area, etc all good, except for permanent pool closure. Pool was a great spot to relax, cool down, swim, etc. Very sorry to see it close. Hopefully La Quinta execs will reconsider this decision. NS 20230729

The hotel was under renovations. It was kind of pricey, for one night. Breakfast started too late, so we didn't get the chance to experience it. Location was good. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower was great.

There was no warning that the AC was out. When I escalated the issue to corporate all I heard back was a sorry were renovating. One of my dogs for sick and overheated. he's still ill today because of it.
