We stayed in one of their cabins which I was not too comfortable staying in. Main floor was nice aside from mice poop on the kitchen counters and in the cabinets and coffee maker was dirty. Bathroom was nicely redone. The second floor was not so nice. Missing rug and carpet piece

Staff was great , helpful with planning our day trip to visit area sites such as some of the local covered bridges and restaurants , hiking trails , stores to shop in , history of Norwich University and how easy it is to get lost if your not paying attention.

Rustic and comfortable
"If planning to stay in bring your own food as the rooms have a full kitchen . "
"Cozy, clean, and comfortable"
"The two lodge suites are spacious, also stayed in a Birches cottage which was roomy (no water as extreme cold had frozen the pipes, but that was happening in over -- including a Wendy's we stopped at in Rutland). Bathrooms in lodge (those not in the suites) are a squeeze."
"The TV needs an upgrade but I wouldn't have even turned it on but for the Bruins playoff game. "
"This is an inn with shared bathrooms. Cottages do not have bathrooms, need to use them at the main lodge."
