The Inn is very nice. Our room was spacious but nothing really special. I feel that the cost does not reflect the value in the hotel room and in the restaurants. It's an average stay for a lot of money.

We stayed at the Middlebury Inn for a getaway weekend and it was all that we expected and more. This is an hotel that has been operating continuously since 1827 yet is completely up to date. We stayed in the main Inn and our room was clean and comfortable. They offer a very nice breakfast buffet and have a full...

Specify that you want to stay in the original Inn, not the new annex, which is simply an unimaginative modern type motel. But the original Inn, complete with sloping floorboards, is wonderful--in the heart of town, good dining room.

Middlebury was simply wonderful! Well worth the trip from Toronto despite of weather conditions. The staff are excellent and only too willing to please. I will welcome the opportunity to stay at Middlebury Inn anytime!

We purchased our weekend certificate from a website and were a little skeptical after reading the reviews. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised and thrilled with our stay! The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and very informed. Our room (243) was quaint and full of character. We had a nice size bathroom with tons of charm. No,...

You can't beat the location - within walking distance of the town of Middlebury and the college. Dated but clean. They have a nice complimentary tea in the afternoon. I wish they had an onsite fitness center. Also, I wasn't sure why this cute inn has what looks to be a motel in the back. I was glad we were...

We recently spent the weekend while on a college visit. A brief description - the hotel is actually a hodgepodge of two historic houses and and more "modern" motel linked by an outdoor courtyard. It has a quaint, Vermont bed and breakfast feel but the price was more consistent with a nicer hotel. The lobby and check-in is in one...

The Middlebury Inn is a very quaint and historic property located in the heart of the town of Middlebury, VT. It's within easy walking distance of the town square and is less than a mile from the campus of Middlebury College. My husband and I have stayed there every time we've visited our daughter, who has been a student at...

Booked the trip through Travel Zoo. Good price for a mid week stay. Quaint New England college town. Nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and the French toast was AWESOME! Would stay there again.

This is a solidly nice hotel to stay in when on the road for college visits. The hotel restaurant and service was good, and rooms were comfortable, if a bit hot. Hotel is centrally located and nearby the things we wanted to see.
