We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Peaceful, homey and clean. Delicious and healthy breakfasts. Charming and interesting hosts. Assuming our child goes to Middlebury college, which is very close, we would definitely come again.

We were visiting our daughter and needed a place where we could host a group of her friends for a July 4th BBQ. Zelia and Gary's new, very private cottage was completely perfect and they couldn't have been more helpful throughout the weekend. It's a well-designed space with a clean aesthetic that is both attractive and functional. The view of... More

I am visiting family in Middlebury and decided to try out On The Creek. It is a quiet, restful place with a wonderful couple as owners. Breakfasts are delicious with everything served to perfection. This is a small, cozy place with two full serve rooms located in the house and a cottage that is self-serve. The bedrooms r located upstairs... More

Amazing stay at a clean, homey B&B hosted by an interesting, lovely couple (Zelia and Gary). This place went beyond our expectations. Zelia and Gary were accommodating and kind. They provided an organic, fresh breakfast; they had a canoe that was available for use any time during the day; they had a beautiful garden and lawn to relax on. Zelia... More

My husband and I made our first trip to Middlebury Vt. We always try to stay in Inns or B & B's. On the Creek Bed and Breakfast should be what every bed and breakfast should strive to be...Spotless, welcoming, relaxed, comfortable, green, fun, calming, interesting, outstanding breakfast, unpretentious and beautiful surroundings inside and out! There is no other place... More

Zelia and Gary have a carefully modernized historic house, beautiful grounds, and delicious and large breakfasts. They are wonderful hosts, gave great advice on food options nearby (and what to avoid!), and greeted us wth a pot of tea and a tour of the grounds as well as the cottage (which we didn't stay in but really nice - has... My wife and I just returned home from another wonderful visit with Zelia and Gary at On the Creek B&B. This is the third time we've stayed with them and this is the first place we check for availability when we're traveling anywhere near the area. This visit we stayed in a good-sized second floor room which has plenty of... More

Lovely people, gorgeous accomodations. We highly recommend On the Creek. Some of the perks? Comfortable, secure and private room with lots of light and incredible views through the windows. Clean and well appointed bathroom (with dimmer lights to avoid night "blindness"!!!). We were there during -10 degree weather, and the home was warm and cozy. Gracious hosts who don't push... More

Loved our 2nd floor spacious room with lots of windows for breezes. Window fan was available but not needed. Zelia and Gary are wonderful hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfasts on the porch with the other guests (a different couple each morning). And the breakfasts were delicious: organic, spinach omelets one morning, pancakes the next, with lots of fresh fruit... More

My husband and I love this place. Frankly, I was hesitant to leave a rave review only because I'm selfish and don't want the place to be overrun and overbooked! We visited for the first time on our engagement trip to VT and then again two years later for our 1st anniversary. The property is beautiful, the bedrooms clean and... More
