Stayed at the Toll Road Inn for 3 days in October 2016. Here's a summary of the main points of the hotel: Location: Near a few dining options, a couple that you can in fact walk to. The town is however a mile or two away, and you have to drive there. Check-in / out and staff: check in was...

Stayed just one night on our way to Stowe, VT. The inn looks quite old and could benefit from some decorating and updating, but the rooms were large, a little dark perhaps due to the colour schemes, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fine - but again, a little dated. Continental breakfast was included - just a help-yourself arrangement...

Toll road inn was our first night in Vermont having driven around 3.5 hours from Boston Airport. The initial impression was that the grounds were immaculate. The owners were very kind and our room was enormous! Despite being on the main road the hotel backs onto a wonderful woodland with a babbling brook, chipmunks and squirrels galore. We were able...

We stayed just one night here but we had a pleasant experience. The grounds behind the hotel are refreshing for city dwellers like ourselves to have outside the window. We had a room on the first floor, 103. It was very spacious, with two double beds. The beds are comfortable and the linens fresh and soft. The decor is ultra...

Although it was only one night on our way home from a wedding, it was a nice quiet respite that we would definitely come back to. The decor may be a bit of a throw back to the 70's but the place is immaculate with huge rooms, lovely grounds and pool. Although not a b&b they offer a sufficient continental...

This is a modest place that we've driven by in the past and not even noticed. Now we are big fans, and will probably make it our regular stop when in the Manchester area. First, it's an amazing value. The rooms are spacious, with big windows (that actually open! I was thrilled to be able to enjoy the fresh air!)...

We spent two nights at this Inn last week and it was so much more than we ever expected. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely little sitting area near the windows, which overlook a small stream. The hallways are quiet and clean, and each doorway has a nightlight nearby for convenience when you come in late. The...

I first stayed here many, many years ago so my family could check on the progress of the house we were building in Vermont. I decided to go to the area solo a few days ago and immediately recalled the Toll Road. As I was alone, I had no need for the more romantic and quaint B&Bs in Dorset. The...

Toll Road Inn is easy to find on rt. 30 just off Rt 7. Once there we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Maria, who showed us to our very large second floor room. Bathroom fixtures were up-to-date and TV Wi-Fi and small refrigerator worked well. The first thing we noticed was the beautifully kept grounds filled with Maria's flower...

VERY disappointed with Toll Road Inn. After researching hotels in the area, my friends and I selected this hotel based upon the 4 star ratings they had received from multiple sites. We had planned for a welcoming experience while meeting up with our friends hiking the AT. Unfortunately, we experienced anything but. The manager/owner angrily came yelling at our group...
