The grounds are really quite beautiful with excellent views of the mountains. "Palmer House" seems to be a bit of a misnomer as the rooms are a series of outcrop buildings NOT a historical inn. The whole lot was recently purchased and they intend to upgrade and modernize the dwellings. However, we found our stay to be incredibly quiet, private,...

We spent one night at this "resort' on Thanksgiving Day Weekend. The Palmer House building in the front of the complex is very handsome and inviting. However the string of motel room that we stayed in was dated and the run down. The walls were thin and joint buckles abound. I made the mistake of booking the room through Global...

Very nice suite. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the suite were amazing. The property had lots to offer if the weather is good. Had a room over the indoor pool and was not disturbed by the activity.

I stayed because of the good reviews. I'll go back because of the great experience. Comfy king bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Massive room. Great vies from the front door and the back door. The indoor pool and hot tub were just perfect after a long day. I can't wait to return!

My wife and I have been there so many times, that I can't give you any room number. We have enjoyed the property, the views overlooking the pond, the exquisite nine hole golf course, and especially the friendly staff. I sure hope that we can go back again soon.

Took a couples weekend with my wife up in Manchester. I Booked palmer house based on reviews and price. I was pleased with the size of the rooms and the cleanliness as well. ( we had a king deluxe room) with great mountain views from both the front door and the back entrance . Service staff was pleasant and helpful...

We visited the Palmer House the 2nd week of October and found everything to be enjoyable. Manchester itself is an idyllic town in the middle of October. The grounds of the Palmer House were very large and well maintained adding to the visual feast of the autumn foliage. We had one of the stand alone units near the pond at...

% of us stayed in 2 adjoining rooms in the motel part of the resort. The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Breakfast was available in the dining area and coffee all day in the lobby. The rates were reasonable. Would love to stay there again perhaps in the chalets...

Although I was skeptical about their upscale price at first, I came to realize that this place offers real value for families who can enjoy all their facilities. Here's the issue: On the one hand, you'll realize that this is actually a glorified remake of a 60's era strip-motel. On the other hand, it's spread out on a beautiful huge...

Lovely 'resort' within walking distance of Manchester Centre and its designers outlets. Lovely grounds with golf course, clubs available in reception, tennis courts, rackets in reception, nature walk and fishing pond, you got it, rods in reception! Spacious grounds absolutely perfect in fall. Large room with comfy bed and armchairs. The breakfast was free, nothing extravagant but fine start to...
