The place was very clean and nicely updated. We stayed after skiing at Okemo mountain and were glad to have such a nice room, spotless bathroom and comfortable beds. It was very quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Not a bad place to stay, area was beautiful for our late fall trip through New England, Hotel operators just need to pay attention to more details/hospitality and room amenities and operation of. Within walking distance of downtown, Ludlow. Some good dining spots, coffee shops, shopping etc.

Requested a bottom floor, was told nothing available...yet by late evening not all rooms were full by the looks of the parking lot and saw no one in some bottom floor rooms. No elevator, had to lug luggage up stairs, being on a long trip our bags were heavy. Front desk clerk not caring and really could have cared less...

We didn't find many places to stay in Ludlow and chose the BW as we have had good luck with the chain many times in the past. We were not disappointed in the Ludlow Colonial. Yes, this is an older hotel in need of almost constant repair like almost any building standing through New England winters. Our room on the...

We stayed for 2 nights during Columbus Day weekend. The room was spacious, had a microwave and a mini fridge. It was clean, in the center of town, free WiFi, free breakfast. Not many places to stay in Ludlow but this was a good choice. Designated place for skis in the room but no closet for hanging clothes. Would stay...

One of our worst experiences with BW. Old building being kept alive by a handyman. Quiltwork wallpaper in room and bath room. No counter space in bathroom. The room had a nauseating smell of chemical carpet cleaning of the old carpet or paint or something. A BW quality bed was the only acceptable thing. We arrived too late for looking...

This hotel has oversized rooms, well designed, very comfy beds and in a quiet surrounding. The nice atmosphere and beautiful Vermont completes everything. The breakfast is standard Best Western, but okay. Two good restaurants nearby.

We made our reservations on line with one of the travel sites. Big Mistake. There were 2 couples in our party and two rooms. One couple got a room with 2 double beds and for some unknown reason since we asked for a king size bed we got a room with a queen, a sleeper sofa, a separate room with...
