We stayed 2 years ago in Timberline condos and loved our 2 bedroom condo. It was all on one level, perfect for families with young kids. So we were eager to stay again but this time they gave us a 2 bedroom townhouse style. There’s one bedroom on the ground floor and the other is on the third floor and my kids are afraid to sleep 2 floors above us. So we are all going to sleep in one room with no one getting any sleep. Perfect set up for adults staying together or older kids/teenagers. Also all the kitchen cabinets in the townhouse unit are very high. So none of my kids can reach them. The other unit had a lot of lower cabinets. And the other one I think had a tv in at least one of the bedrooms. This unit does not. There one in the living room and another in a hallway almost so it’s very awkward. They should really put thought into how they assign these condos. Very disappointed.

Super clean, very well attended to property , very comfortable., very professional and well done. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the property, actually the whole experience at Jay's peak was a memory maker for all of us. Thank you!

We took advantage of a great deal for Vermonters to stay and ski. Amazing price includes lift tickets for family of 4 for three days. The condo was lovely and comfortable. We had our own entrance and no one else was in the whole building unit, so it felt completely Covid safe. Timberline 1-bedroom condo was two levels, and a great space for a family of 4. Kids can share the pull-out couch, and we also brought a camping mattress just in case and there was room for that. Nice little deck, kitchen had most of what we needed including a dishwasher (although not a wine opener! But we got one from the hotel). Our unit was not quite close enough to walk to the slopes, but it was an easy 2-minute drive. We already booked another weeked to head back, so fun!

We had never been here, so we were hoping the condo was close to a trail to ski in/out. I know we could have stayed at other properties, but the Timberline condos are pretty new and that is where we wanted to stay. It did require a shuttle, but it turned out just fine. Not a big deal, as you call for the shuttle when ready to be picked up and it comes pretty quick. We rarely drove anywhere as we took the shuttle service to get around the resort. No complaints about the shuttle service. We were in Timberline unit 4858. I was pretty surprised at the size of this 1 bedroom, it was quite large! With 2 adults, 2 little kids, worked out well. You walk in, there is a large hallway to hang coats, drop wet gear, boots. Walk down the stairs, turn and it opens to a nice, new kitchen and large living room. As another reviewer noted, very nice gas fire place, radiant heat throughout. Our kitchen looked very new, incl. appliances, stove, etc. Not a ton of small plates, but other than that not wanting for anything. I brought my own paper towels and toilet paper (there was some in the condo, but our was better). I brought shampoo and conditioner, which was good as none provided. That's fine, but there is no hand soap, which I would have brought had I known. The staff was great though, had some on hand and brought it to us. I was not aware there was a washer & dryer in the unit. Talk about a plus, but again, would have brought detergent had I known. King bed was pretty comfortable I have to say. Pull out was fine for my kids, may not be when they get bigger. Unit very clean. Plenty of storage, closets here. Non-smoking property too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. With the amenities in the condo and the shuttle service, I have to say it was one of the most stress free vacations we've had in a while. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Skiing here was very good, considering this is not a great snow year. We normally head out west to ski for our big trip, but that did not work out for us this year. Jay Peak is probably the best mountain to ski at in NE if you like out west conditions. They have something for every level of skiing. We brought breakfast stuff. When we come back, we will bring a lot more. We ate at the Stateside cafeteria for lunch every day, so I would do the same next time . It was reasonably priced and served our purpose. For dinner, we went out every night but it got a bit boring. You pay a lot for 'okay' food at most places. Once or twice is okay, but I would just bring my own food next time for the other nights. Oh, I had read a few reviewer prior to our trip mentioning about the late check-in sometimes being very late, so we got here at 6:00. Turns out we could have checked in much earlier. Just thought I'd mention.

Our Timberline Condo (#4705) was very nice: clean, modern, and plenty spacious for 4 adults and 4 children. Check-in was promised at 5:00 PM, but we happily received our keys as soon as we arrived (a bit after 12:00). We were so glad to be able to unpack a bit before hitting the slopes. We requested and received a condo in the 4700-4709 building, which was described as the only Timberline Condo to be ski-in and ski-out. This was not entirely accurate. To access the closest trail (Grammy Jay), we needed to cross the parking lot, and then trek uphill about 100’ through the deep and ungroomed woods. By the time we got to the trail, we were sweaty and tired. You could call the condo ski-in, as long as you didn’t mid skiing through the woods a bit (downhill, so much easier). The condo itself was very nice. There was a full kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. There were plenty of plates and cups/glasses. Two of the stove’s four burners were crooked (and impossible to straighten), so making eggs that didn’t all slide to one side of the pan proved difficult. The supplied knives were quite dull and basically just shredded food, so I recommend bringing your own. There was no dish soap or sponge, and we were glad to have brought those from home. There is no supplied shampoo or bar soap, and only the remains of the existing toilet paper and kitchen paper. Make sure to bring these. We did find one hair dryer as we were packing to leave. There was a full stacked washer and dryer, which came in super-handy for wet and snow-covered clothes. The gas fireplace with timer was a nice touch in the evenings. Our condo had three queen beds and a pull-out couch. Beds were very comfortable, and the couch was typical pull-out discomfort (could feel all the springs). We had ample extra pillows and blankets. There were three full bathrooms. The condo had radiant heat, which was heavenly in the tile-floored bathrooms. We did have to crack open the bedroom windows because, despite being 0 to -10 outside, our condo was sweltering hot. The main living area never got below 73 degrees. There was a very handy lockable ski locker right outside our front door. I do wish the front entry / mudroom was larger to accommodate wet ski boots and shoes. The shuttle service was excellent and very quick, with pick-up/drop-off at the road/driveway leading to our condo building.

Ample space for family of 4-5. Kids liked the bunk beds and sofa bed. Our ground floor unit was handicap accessible, so big bathroom and kitchen spaces but we lost some dining and living space compared to friends who had an upstairs unit. A bar of hand soap, roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, a dishwasher pod and a bit of dish soap were all provided as well as dishes, flatware, and utensils. Fridge had ice and filtered H2O on the door which was a welcome surprise. When we went to check in our unit was not ready (check-in is stated as 1700) and they could not estimate when it would be; it hadn’t yet been cleaned. We were able to get in to ours around 1830 or 1900. Check out is stated to be 1100, but when I went to grab my last bag at 1055, the key card had already been deactivated, as was our friends’. A call to check in staff resulted in being told cards are tuned off promptly at 1100 and we’d have to go all the way to them to them to get them reactivated. After noting it wasn’t yet 1100, they agreed to have security come by to swipe me in. The gentleman was very pleasant, apologizing for the 15 minute delay (it was cold out!), opened my door, and I was able to grab my bag and get out of there. I wonder how many times he has to do that in a morning. A warning at check-in that cards are turned off promptly at 1100 or even earlier, would have alleviated some frustration.

We arrived at 1300 and we were advised that check in was at 1700. Room was not ready well past 1700 and staff cannot tell us when the condo will be available. Not very proactive in solving our problem.

These are good sized condos next to the piste. Great homely decor. However, we arrived in the dark and reception was difficult to find, and it was hard to walk from the condo to the main area in the dark. Jay Peak is a great place to ski, and its very good to have ski-in/ski-out facilties.

We stayed at Jay Peak in a Timberline Condo for two nights with a group of 4 adults and 3 kids in late April. The condo was spacious enough except for the fact that 1 child did not have a bed, it in my opinion would make more sense to have bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Overall it was a decent stay I will list pros and cons below. Pros: Very close to the Pumphouse. Kitchen was nice, so we didn't have to eat every meal out. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Cons: In my opinion overpriced. Condo was very hot we actually had to open windows to cool it down. Not enough seating in the living room and seating was uncomfortable. Check out was 10 am which is too early in my opinion, so 2 nights is really more like 42 hours.

Recently stayed in the condos with my husband and three kids. We stayed in the 1 bedroom and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were disappointed that check-in was two hours late, we had three hungry and grumpy kids by the time our condo was ready. No apology or compensation was offered. The condo has lots of storage and is very clean. Important to note that there is no coffee, toiletries or laundry pods. Dish soap is provided. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed all that the resort has to offer for kids of all ages.
