We rented a cottage, #4017, near the golf course and it was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival we found the bed unmade and pillows and blankets thrown in the closet in a mess on the floor. Very spartan and a refrigerator that leaked water the whole time. Not worth the money and very outdated with an old coffeemaker, old carpet with multiple stains and a stale smell. The towels were old, ragged and smelled. Pillows were also old and in need of replacement. Extremely low water pressure in the shower, toilet smells like a sewer.

So much going on year round! Fun for families, couples, business or even solo. Mountain fresh air with views! Mecca for Outdoor enthusiasts, recommended anytime of year! Stayed in a corner one bedroom suite and it was like being at home! Full kitchen, plenty of room and views that captured the sunrise! Just an overall great time!

At a loss for words. Myself and seven friends decided back in April to book a golf vacation package in 2 condos. Nice little golf vacation weekend for 3 nights and some golf. At time of booking was told to call a few weeks ahead of time to book the first tee time and that we could make the rest of our rounds there after. Well fast forward to this morning 2 weeks out and I call to make our tee time and am told the course is fully booked for the weekend and nothing is available… was told that a manager would call me back once I told the person that we had a reservation for a GOLF weekend that has already been paid For. I get a call from what I assume is the manager and am told the same exact thing. Whoever this guy was couldn’t have cared less that he was pretty much telling us yah even though you paid already you won’t be golfing here… sarcastically told me oh yah I could get you out one of the days at 5:30pm.. unlimited golf is clearly false advertising..front desk reservations was no better and also didn’t care all that much. The reason why we picked Jay peak was because my family of 5 have vacationed there the past 4 winters skiing, water parking, and staying at the hotel for a week. Safe to say my family will never be back and its safe to assume the other seven guys and their families will never have interest in going to Jay. Plenty of other options out there people, be aware of Jays total lack of customer service. Awful awful awful

Jay peak is a top rate hotel. The beds were great. The staff were fantastic, they were always glad to help particularly when I left the room key card in the room. The food was amazing, it was fresh and tasted wonderful. The rooms were clean and the AC worked. Plenty of space in the rooms, perfect for family’s. I would definitely go back. I recommend it to all.

Good not great. We liked the resort we went specifically for the water park in April vacation. The room was average but my only complaint is when my youngest dropped something under the bed and we went to get it, it was gross down there there where items from many other families under that bed and you can tell it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a while - we were in room 420. Service at the restaurant wasn’t ideal either but we went for the water park and thar was worth it for the kids. They enjoyed the water park especially the wave pool.

Great location. Fairly clean. Return of forgotten items a nightmare. Forgot an Amazon Echo. Gave them specific instructions exactly where it was. It took them a week to retrieve my property and then they charged me over double the postal rate to return my property.

Thanks for the feedback Bugbin and glad to hear you enjoyed the vacation. Sorry you left your Echo behind and took us a few days to go and find it for you, package it, call you three times to make sure we were sending it to the right place and add in an administrative fee to cover our costs of doing so. Hope you got your Echo back in fine form and are playing some Gordon Lightfoot on it as we speak and hope to see you again next year. Best regards--Steve

We had a wonderful experience that included skiing and visiting the water park. All such fun! We stayed in a Timberline Cottage. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The water park was a blast for all of us (2 adults and 2 teens). Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this mountain. We have not been able to hit it just right with weather and snow conditions but even so have had the best times skiing here. The trails are challenging and fun , the people and the vibe are awesome and the views and location are gorgeous. This trip we stayed onsite at Stateside hotel and it was so affordable and so perfect we don’t want to do it any other way now. The room was great although a bit noisy and we have amazing fresh cooked breakfast each morning in the cafeteria. (Highly recommend the French toast!). The only negative was once again not having the lifts open to the top. theTtram and Flyer never ran and Bonaventure was off and on and even the Jet didn’t run on second day of trip. The conditions were rough on day 2 due to a super warm afternoon and soft snow followed by a hard freeze. We still will be back again and again. This mountain doesn’t disappoint even with tough conditions.

Sorry about the conditions Rachel, but glad you felt the vibe here (and, point of fact, I cooked your french toast that am and we talked about the lifts...:) We feel this is such a unique spot and when that's confirmed by folks like you, it adds weight to those thoughts. Knowing that there are kindred spirits out there that get it, makes us even more happy we're where we are, and we look forward to seeing you around here, again, next winter. - Steve Wright General Manager Jay Peak Resort

The hotel here was decent size. It was very useful to have the connecting doors between 3 different rooms and the Kitchen would also have been useful in these times. The only problem is the bathroom did not have a lock on it regardless of the other rooms having it which was disappointing

We had a wonderful long weekend at Jay Peak. We stayed at Slopeside Condos, unit 1008. We were right on the Queens Highway Trail. Views were splendid. The rooms were comfortable and bright. Bedding and linens, comfortable as well. Check in with Tyler was flawless. He made our trip special. The conditions were variable but when good, they were great. Lifts were running but Metro Quad stopped a lot and Sunday, 8 AM opening did not happen. They were short staffed so we waited 15 minutes or so. My partner took the tram up and skied a blissfilled morning. I am an intermediate boarder and moved to skiing so I stayed low for ski days. Coffee is abysmal at both places. The Provisions is well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pits.

Glad you enjoyed the vacation and, truthbetold, I don't disagree with you about the coffee at Provisions (though you mention 'both places' without clarifying the other. That's an area we need to improve on and we will. And thanks for shouting out Tyler--he's one of our best. Hope to see you visit us from the Cape again next year and enjoy your summer. Steve
