This summer will be our third at TP, and honestly, I don't want to imagine a summer without it. We have three kids (1, 5 and 7) and this is the one week a year where my husband and I get to enjoy a cup...More

We are looking to book our 1st Tyler Place vacation and just submitted the reservation request form (Jan 4) for a week in late August. How long does it typically take to hear back that there is space and how likely are we to get a choice of accommodations? It seems like people are equally split in preferring the inn vs cabins. Our kids are 7 and 10 so I have no idea what will be best for us.

Do the kids have to do the camp every day? It sounds awesome, but one concern we have is that we'll spend the whole week there and not really see our kids that much, partially defeating the point of the family vacation. I love the idea of quality time with my wife without the kids, just wondering what the balance is in practice for most families.
