Just checked in today and not happy at all, seeing how fast I can check out. This hotel is not cheap, the most expensive of my fall trip but I always wanted to come to Burlington and being a Hilton member they are usually decent. Not this one, the room is dirty, musty smell, noisy elevator outside and lake room I paid extra for is pretty non existent.

Hotel's Favourite
This was out first visit to Burlington, VT and while researching we were deciding between three Hilton hotels. Doubletree being farthesh out and closer to University. This one very close to lake and have lake view rooms. We spend two nights during Labor day weekend and weather was great. Hotel is very clean and looks updated in terms of decor. We loved the room we stayed and had no complaints. There's a garage attached to the hotel and it was about $16 per day but then almost all hotels in that area had parking fees. Access to parking and car was easy. Each floor has a pantry at one end havent seen this at other location but a nice touch. There's a tap which dispensed both still and sparkling water. It has local coffee beans that get ground and brewed on demand. You had a choice of regular or decaf Vermont coffee as well as Tazo teas. We had breakfast all the days we stayed and it is grab and go, choices were good. Beside being diamond member we got food credit as well. We didnt use bike from hotel, they have about 10 of them and is on first come first serve basis. They didnt fit my daughter hence we ended up renting from bike rentals. We used pool and hot tubs two days and it was blast. Clean and well maintained. Also played corn hole on 3rd floor. It is costly from rate standpoint but comparable to other hotels in this location. We did Island Bike trail as well.

Sibandu_M, thank you for your excellent review! I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay and that the team was able to impress you once you arrived! I am happy to hear that you were able to enjoy our location, our Vermont Artisan Coffee pantries, Lunaroma soap, and Electric Vehicle charging stations. Glad you enjoyed the games we have around the hotel. We have Cornhole tournaments for a bucket of beer which are popular. And the pool is a pretty excellent way to unwind. Come back soon, and I look forward to seeing you in person! -Pete

We had a terrific stay at the Hilton. We had a beautiful lake view room that did not disappoint, and it was a wonderful introduction to Burlington and Lake Champlain. The hotel staff is warm and hospitable. Brandon at the front desk and our room attendants were so helpful. Barista Blake and Rhea in the restaurant were delightful and Blake made us the most delicious teas and coffees!! Linda, the Banquet Director, gave us awesome VT day trip ideas too. Recommend visiting! Thank you, all!! See you next time. :)

Did not meet expectations, this was the most expensive hotel in the area and it turn out to be a wormed down location. The view of the lake was on the other side of a main 4 lane road which was very noisy all night. The bathroom had a plastic shower curtain and not glass doors. Bathroom was tiny, had to close door to use any of the space. Several other hotels on the same street were much newer and half the cost.

Was here in September for a business meeting. Hotel is clean and updated. Conference rooms were comfortable and food was very good. Sleeping rooms were great. Be sure to get a room facing Lake Champlain. Parking has a nightly fee. There are bikes you can use located in the lobby. Close to shops, restaurants, and the lake.

The view of Lake Champlain and proximity to downtown Burlington are what really make this hotel. Otherwise, the rooms are very ordinary, not spacious, not new. The bed was comfortable but had four little cheap pillows. The bathroom is extremely small and the towels rough. They seem to have not yet realized that people need more outlets to charge their devices. I feel a bit ripped off actually with the very steep room fee. They charge a $27.50 destination tax per day but give you a $25.00 card to spend on food and beverages. Breakfast is at a bar in the lobby with overpriced and not particularly delicious options. You'll buy it though to get a better value for the room fee. You still have to request maid service as it is not automatic due to COVID. Very dark hallways to hide the age of the hotel. Free bikes are a very nice option as you're right across from the lake and its bike paths. Parking is fairly reasonable at $16/day. The people who work there are nice enough. They really should lower their prices.

I visited for a work conference. Staff was friendly, kind, responsive, and helpful. The room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The cafe and bar had the essentials and was a great place to relax after a day of training in the beautiful conference facilities. My lake view room was absolutely breathtaking. It all added up to an unforgettable stay.

What a lovely 5 days I spent at the Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain. Check-in was pleasant, fast and efficient. My room (713) on the top floor had drop-dead gorgeous views. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Both Queen beds were supportive and cozy. Fabulous location - a quick walk down to the lakeside park and exercise/bike trails, lakeside dining and delicious soft-serve ice cream cones. I spent many hours enjoying the views & the neat green space next to the marina. By far the greatest part of the stay was the staff. Katja and a lovely gentleman who’s name I’ve forgotten (although he looked like he might have been a linebacker earlier in his career) helped me at the front desk and with my luggage. Annie and Blake whisked up the most delightful original warm beverages - my absolute favorite was the S’Mores latte with toasted marshmallow syrup and graham cracker crumble on top! Alex and his co-bartender, lovely lady with dark hair who’s name I’ve also forgotten, made excellent cocktails. Overall, incredibly warm and helpful staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well done!

I stayed at the Hilton Lake Champlain at the end of August and I had the most lovely stay! I had never been to Burlington before and I couldn't be more pleased with the location of the property. The hotel room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bedding was probably the highlight (besides the beautiful hotel view overlooking the lake). I wish I could've taken the pillows home with me! The last night I had in-room dining and it was probably the best hotel food I have had in a while. I will definitely be back but hopefully for a longer stay.

We were initially blown away by the beautiful lake view, but the staff really helped make this an above and beyond. We left a very important item in our room and upon realizing, called the front desk to see if it was left behind. Divya Paudel heard our concern and made sure that she was in contact every step of the way. She called to inform us that they found it, and again when it was sent a few hours later. We were very impressed by the customer service. Will be heading back soon.
