We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the ground floor room which was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The room is beautifully decorated and well equipped. We were sorry we were not staying longer as there is so much to explore in the local area. The house is about a 15 minute easy and safe walk into town...

Innkeeper Andrea has created a lovely oasis here and her two rooms - we stayed in both! - were neat as pins and very welcoming. We stayed here as a base for motorcycling in the region for three nights and it was necessary to move to the downstairs unit for our final night to accommodate existing reservation. Beds comfy, tidy...

This is a nice little apartment style guest house located near UVM. It had an open floor plan. Great for couple to stay. Nice partial kitchen for breakfast with cereal coffee and juice provided. Off street parking for one car.

Howard Street Guest House is a short walk from downtown Burlington and Church Street Market place. The guest house is open and bright with upscale amenities in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is the perfect home away from home place to stay in Burlington. Andrea is a most charming host with an amazing green thumb. She meticulously and lovingly cares...

Our 2 nights in the upper apartment here was a joy! Huge space tastefully fitted out and spotlessly clean. The owner, who lives next door was helpful but not intrusive. It is a 20 minute walk to town but there are buses.i

This is a charming guest house situated about 10-15 mins. walking distance from downtown Burlington. We rented the upper floor of the converted garage and it was tastefully furnished, decorated in pastel colors and very spacious and clean. Basic breakfast items (coffee, cereal, juice etc.) are provided and there is a lovely upper deck overlooking beautiful gardens with gigantic walnut...

Had a great stay, just outside from downtown. Andrea was very friendly and kept the guest house tidy. Good for any couples wanting to get away for a couple of days. Prices were fair as well. Plenty of room for more than a couple.

I stayed in early April, and experienced sunshine and snow. Andrea was an excellent host. I stayed in the upstairs studio, and it was just lovely. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. That time of year, I could see the lake from the upstairs deck which was a bonus for me while I sipped coffee or watched the sunset....

After reading reviews, we chose to stay 3 nights at the Howard Street Guest House during our first visit to the Burlington area. We had the downstairs "room", which is like a large efficiency apartment. We enjoyed the relaxed comfort of the apartment, and enjoyed a glass of wine in the garden during the afternoons. Probably a 15 minute walk...

Yes, it looks like a garage from the outside and it has two levels. Downstairs, the inside is near perfect. The decor is pastel and carries through the large room to include walls, linens, tables and chairs, couches and even the dishware. It's a very pleasant and comfortable place. We especially enjoyed our first night. The only drawback is when...
