Bristol is a favorite stop for us, with nice restaurants, shops, and a great nursery in Rocky Dale Gardens. But the quality and value we experienced at the Crystal Palace still came as a very pleasant surprise. Stacie maintains a beautiful home in wonderful, original condition. The Bristol Suite was beyond expectations, and her breakfast was generous and professionally prepared....

My husband and I recently stayed at this B & B and absolutely loved it ! We traveled by motorcycle so it was perfectly located to the areas we wanted to ride. If you're a rider, Vermont is a beautiful state to ride. We went up through Lake Champlain one day and over to Northeast Kingdom another, I only wish...

This was a perfectly done B&B and was one of the best B&B's I've ever been to. The innkeepers, Stephen & Stacie, were very attentive and accommodating. The entire home was comfortable and beautifully appointed in period furniture. We stayed in the Bristol Room, which was the original owner's master bedroom. The original clawfoot bathtub (& plumbing) & soapstone sink...

Steve and Stacie are wonderful innkeepers. We stayed in the Bristol suite. The old fashion tub is wonderful. The room of large and very clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was outstanding -- no need for lunch!

Steve and Stacie will take great care of you at this charming B and B. The Bristol Suite was very nice. Take a nice bath or lay on the bed and watch the snow fall. Every morning provided us with a new treat for breakfast. The food was great, and the dining area is full of nice antiques to view....

We stayed here on three occasions relating to bringing up or visiting our son at Middlebury College. It is only about 15 minutes from campus and much more affordable than hotels closer to campus. Stacey and Steve are great hosts, very personable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with very nice furnishings. Stacey prepares great breakfasts (fresh fruit, muffins, quiche, frittata,...

Very warm, welcoming friendly hosts and atmosphere. The room was very comfortable. Get the room with the whirlpool if you can. A nice easy 2 minute stroll to town and a wonderful river to frolic in about 5 minutes by car. If you are there to visit one of the 2 Yoga studios, there is a Yogi's discount!!!

This room also had a fireplace and an extremely comfortable chair to sit in while reading a little before heading to bed.. Stacie and Steve are super friendly people and helped out alot when...

I love Bristol Vermont. A wonderful quiet, safe town. I stayed at the B & B for one night. The owners were very nice. I was the only visitor and was surprised by all the dust, and hairs all over the place. The bathroom sink and faucet were covered with tooth paste splatter. I would also recommend getting some comfortable...

We appreciate the candor of the review. At that time the hostess/owner was diagnosed with an illness that prevented her from taking care of the inn to a level that our guests were accustomed to. As a result of this review we hired professional cleaners to clean the inn. In addition the hostess/owner's health has significantly improved and the B&B...

My wife and I stayed at the Crystal Palace for a couple of days right after Valentine's Day. It offered the most ( from all of the places we researched ) and for the most part we weren't disappointed. Stacie greeted us at the door, was very friendly and accomodating. She had all sorts of suggestions for dinner and activities....
