Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay, and look forward to seeing you again when you are back this way! Have a great day!
My Girlfriend and I stayed three nights at the Inn in October, 2017 and we loved it. The owners - John and Cindi - are an engaging and personable couple full of useful local info, which is why I prefer B&Bs to hotels, e.g. -...More

Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure meeting you both. Actually, the two rooms (Room 5, and Room 6) are in the carriage house, which was, actually, just that. It has been converted to the two guest rooms that it has today. The...More
The Inn on Putney Road is a beautiful and charming place to stay in Brattleboro and very conveniently located to downtown activities. Cindy and John do a wonderful job and make you feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious!!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to write your review. We look forward to seeing you back again before too long!
Beautiful 1930s home, they don’t make them like this anymore. Grounds are well maintained with lots of perennials and outdoor spaces to relax. Right off the hiking trails. John and Cindy were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. We’re planning on coming back...More

Thank you. Autumn in New England is truly special. The colors are really something not to be missed. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we look forward to seeing you again during leaf season!
Location is swell- though my stay was a quick stay so I didn't really get a look at things, and I love how the site has a page of haunted locations.
Under this pretext, I'd like to add a few more that are around.

Thank you for your "review". Another great place for "hauntings" is Madame Sherri's Forrest, and the "stairway to nowhere". It is just across the river, and a beautiful place to hike and explore!

No you can not see any Falls from this lovely B&B. There is a body of water behind the property, that is accessible via a path to have a short hike. The CT river is the main water attraction for Brattleboro. I actually never heard of any falls in the immediate area, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Here is a quick search URL for water falls in New England that brought this list up, that might help you. There is a click spot at the top right for a list of more falls.
