Genuine service from Gayle and her husband! Upon entering we were greeted with smiles and delicious cookies.(my husband had at least 6) The view was great! Small town charm all the way around! After getting settled in our room we took a stroll out back to the pond and fed the fish. We then sat on the front porch enjoying...

This was the second time we stayed at the inn, and it was excellent. The room was perfect, and Gayle suggested a great place for dinner. John and Gayle really know how to make an experience so relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, and we got the Halladays cookbook with all of the recipes. We are definitely going back later in the...

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. From the warm welcome, clean room, constantly available homemade cookies and coffee, other guests, and the innkeepers, this was a delight. This inn is carefully maintained, simple and beautiful. Gayle is an excellent chef and cheerfully made dietary accommodations. Jon is knowledgable about the area and very helpful. I recommend this as a...

Thank you! We loved having you both stay with us and are excited about the prospect of your staying in our state just a little longer! You will not be disappointed with this Inn. Jon and Gayle are very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and prepare excellent food! Gayle's chocolate chip cookies are the best. We felt like it was our home away from home getaway!

For me the thought of a Bed and breakfast isn't my cup of tea per say. Not what I usually vision as a bed-and-breakfast, we felt very welcome and did not feel uncomfortable at all. Our room was very nice with a private bathroom and the space heater as well not like we needed it because it was about 62°...

Another great scrapbooking weekend! The innkeepers, Jon and Gayle, are so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious. My room, the Bird's Nest, is the smallest but very comfortable for one person. This was my 3rd stay in the same room. The front common rooms and the porch have a beautiful view of the CT River and NH mountains on...

Halladay's is a friendly, cozy place with lots of nice amenities, and very warm and helpful innkeepers. A great find! And the location is sweet as well. Going to Halladay's was a surprise birthday gift from my sister. We had the Orchard Suite which was cozy and wonderful. I had one of the best baths I have had in a long time. The tub was massive. A Must Visit priority when visiting the lovely village of Bellows Falls. Such beauty, care, and relaxing atmosphere, to include the florist and holiday shop. Great for gifts, homemade shop mixes, dips, or any delicious number of possibilities to take home or send to others. Great for seasonal shopping, you must visit over the holidays.
