This rustic B&B is a delight and the inn keepers are wonderful hosts and great cooks. We had a room in the addition and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and the porch was a wonderful place to relax after busy days at Bryce and Escalante National Parks. Breakfast was served in the main house and was abundant and delicious....

We stayed at The Bullberry Inn last week. It is a lovely place and in a great location for Bryce Canyon visitors. The owners are very nice and keep the B&B comfortable and clean. The room was very nice with flat screen TV/DISH. Bed was VERY comfortable. Reasonable rates compared to other places in the area and a nicer atmosphere....

This is an awesome B&B, well maintained, a lot of charm, really well set out and with fantastic hosts. When we arrived we were greeted with a very welcoming handshake and some info about the small town of Tropic. Tropic is a small town, just 10 minutes from Bryce National Park, a small all American town which adds to the...

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Bullberry Inn. Larry & Teresa were extremely warm and friendly. The Inn is in perfect condition--from the carpet to the furniture, everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The Inn is about 20 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon, but the drive is so beautiful we didn't...

The setting is amazing, the food is amazing, and the hosts are amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners have great recommendations for places to visit. Located just outside of the downtown part of Tropic this place gave us excellent sunset AND sunrise views of the mountains!

This is a great place to call home while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. The B&B is located on the outskirts of Tropic. It is very quiet at night and a great place for star gazing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfasts are made to order and served individually. We greatly appreciated their willingness to modify the meal...

We stayed 2 nights at the Bullberry Inn during our trip through western USA and it was one of the best experiences we had. Larry and Teresa were perfect hosts, we felt welcome and Larry had good advices regarding hiking trails in Bryce canyon. The breakfast was also very nice and different from what you normally get (e.g. Pecan waffles...

We recently stayed two nights at the Bullberry Inn. We were greeted by our engaging and friendly host (Larry) who helped us with luggage to our upstairs single queen room in the main house. We later met the equally engaging and friendly Teresa (Larry’s wife) who had been out walking their friendly dog, Bella. The Inn is located in Tropic,...

Although we only stayed two nights, I felt teary eyed when it was time to leave. The room/bath were immaculate. Larry and Teresa were like old friends when we walked in for morning coffee, chatting as they prepared breakfast. Breakfast was so personally prepared and presented. We received hugs and well wishes when we left.

What a terrific find for lodging while visiting Bryce Canyon NP. We booked back in March and communication was very timely and helpful. We arrvied and were immediately welcomed into the beautiful Inn. Larry and Teresa couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. There were coffee and snacks available for guests and assistance in bringing our bags in was offered....
