We stayed at the Bullberry B&B for three nights in May 2017. Our room (and the common space at the inn) were well appointed and comfortable. Larry and Theresa were gracious and helpful hosts. The breakfast each day were delicious. It's an easy drive from there to Bryce and to other area sites, such as Kodachrome Basin State Park. We...

We greatly enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Bullberry B&B. The location is convenient to Bryce National Park -- about a 20-minute drive to the entrance -- and the hosts, Larry and Teresa, are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also great. Our bedroom (in the main house) was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again if...

I want to give this five stars based upon how terrific the owners/hosts are, but I could not for the following reasons: 1) Its still 11 miles from the entrance and there is not much to eat/restaurants near the Inn, 2) It was cool when we were at the Inn and they warmed up the room using an electric oil...

We thoroughly enjoyed a three night stay at this BnB recently. The owners Larry and Teresa are extremely friendly, helpful and great hosts. The room with two queen beds in the main building was comfortable and quite spacious. The breakfasts were outstanding. Everything about the stay was very enjoyable. There is much to see in the area for a three...

We were here April 21 & 22 and had a great stay. Comfy beds, clean accommodations and best of all wonderful hosts. Teresa really does make the yummiest breakfast and they even serves it to you. We felt so spoiled.

My Mom and I shared a room at the Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. Teresa and Larry were gracious hosts with just the right amount of information to share. They provided information about the National Parks and Monuments and specific trail recommendations. They also shared restaurant recommendations. The access to coffee, cookies, and an outside refrigerator was quite convenient. The...

A convenient location for our visit to Bryce Canyon. The rooms are clean and airy and the breakfasts delicious; Teresa was kind enough to send us off with several of her recipes, and she and Larry directed us to other trails in the area when we decided our knees couldn't handle another strenuous hike. Definitely recommended!

After looking at the options around Bryce, we decided on Bullberry Inn and are so happy we did! It was the perfect location for Bryce Canyon NP and also traveling east into Escalante- Grand Staircase. The room was very comfortable, and we were fortunate to have cool evenings to leave the window open. We were even able to stand outside...

We were a family of 4 who stayed at the Bulberry Inn in August 2016 on our road trip around the western US. This was definitely one of our favourite places! We came in from Zion on the first night, visited Bryce the next day, then stayed a 2nd day with Larry and Teresa. Such a homey feeling and yes,...

We stayed at the Bullberry Inn for two nights in October, just before Larry and Teresa closed up for a holiday. We are late (sorry!) sending in our review but not because of any lack of enthusiasm for our stay, which was excellent in all the key things we look for in a B&B – comfortable and clean – bed...
